Wonderfully appointed apartment in the very heart of Dubrovnik. It benefits from a private entrance and gives you a feeling of staying in your own house! All the facilities in the apartment are high end and finished to the highest standard. You are in a great location just a short walk to all the touristy spots and seafront. Apartment had everything we required including toiletries, coffee, sugar, milk, plenty of towels, high quality bed linen, super fast WiFi connection. The host was always responsive and provided us with very comprehensive check in instruction videos which made the arrival process much smoother for us especially after a flight. I highly recommend this apartment and will visiting again!

What can we say about Frano and his place that others haven't said before. Beautiful and clean place. Helpful and responsive. Great recommendations. Just great! The only issue we had that was out of Frano's hands were the mosquitoes. Our daughter got bitten pretty good while we were sleeping.

Such a great location with a breathtaking view. Felt right at home & Daniella and her mom were great hosts. Highly recommend staying here if your visiting Dubrovnik and don’t want to stay directly in the Center.

Mira was a terrific host with great communication throughout our stay. We absolutely loved her place – it was perfect!

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Very beautiful apartments with a great view. Great location if you want to be close to Kotor, but far enough away from the big tourist crowds. From the house you can go for a walk along the promenade. The owners have taken care of a travel guide and recommendations for what to do and where to eat. I definitely recommend the apartments.

Kotor’un en güzel manzarasına sahip evlerinden biri. Çok temizdi. 3 gece konakladık. Sava her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde yanıt verdi. Tüm sorularımızı yanıtladı. Keyifli bir konaklamaydı.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

We had a wonderful week in an amazing villa. The setting is truly stunning, very peaceful and with a wonderful view over to the Adriatic. The villa itself is very well equipped with the benefit of a great pool and hot-tub, and is located within easy walking distance of Zaton which has some nice bars and restaurants. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat which are within easy reach, and also took a ferry to Lokrum Island which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Duro’s house and will hopefully return again in the future!

Vi nød opholdet hos familien, og fortrød vi ikke havde booket flere dage, for der var hyggeligt i lejligheden, og masser af oplevelser indenfor køreafstand. Lejlighedens terrasse havde en pragtfuld udsigt over havet, så der nød vi vores måltider. På andendagen, da vi kom hjem om aftenen, slap vores hund ud af døren uden at vi havde set det - den havde opdaget en kat og løb efter den, også selvom katten forsvandt op af en udvendig trappe og op på taget, så pludselig var vores hund landet på taget uden at kunne komme ned igen. Værtinden hjalp med at lede, og heldigvis opdagede hun hvor den var, så jeg kunne komme op og redde den ned :-) Vi kommer med glæde igen en anden gang.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

Vi var to voksne i huset til Nikolina i syv dager. Huset er lite, men helt nydelig og autentisk. Med vakker utsikt over bukta. Huset ligger ikke like skjermet for innsyn som vi trodde, for det er to hus på hver side samt brygger ganske tett opptil Nikolina sitt hus og brygge, og det er en sti fra nabohusene som går rett ved siden av utedusjen. Men hvis du er ute etter et stille sted, så er dette perfekt. Rent og pent. Og et lite uthus med vaskemaskin. Da vi gikk tom for kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen, sendte Nikolina kaffe med ferjen.

Nautimme viikon kesäasunnosta, omasta rannasta ja kauniista kukkivien pensaiden ympäröimästä pihasta. Erittäin hyvä kohde majoittua lämpimään vuodenaikaan. En tiedä mikä olisi ollut parempi paikka meille, kaksi teini-ikäistä, kaksi senioria ja kaksi keski-ikäistä. Lauttayhteydet toimivat Cavtatiin ja Dubrovnikiin, samoin über kuljetus. Meillä oli vuokra-auto, mutta sesonkiaikana parkkipaikkojen löytäminen on haastavaa ja siksi julkinen liikenne suositeltava tapa liikkua. Rantaa pitkin kulkevan kolmen sadan metrin kävelyreitin kautta pääsee talolle, joten liikuntarajoitteisille paikka on ehkä hieman haastava. Marko on avulias ja ystävällinen majoittaja, joka piti huolen että mitään ei puuttunut ja avusti laukkujen kanssa. Viereisen hotellin uima-allaskin olisi ollut käytössä. Meille riitti meri, snorkkelit ja Markon kautta saatu Sublauta. Vahva suositus kohteelle!

Suela's apartament was spotlessly clean and as per description. Very good location, next to the beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Air condition worked very well. Suela was very responsive and answered any questions I had straight away. Fantastic host. There is a paid parking next to the apartament or you can park on the street. In short, we had fantastic stay in this apartament and is highly recommended. L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Å komme inn i denne leiligheten var som å åpne døren til en bortgjemt perle i et ellers litt kaotisk nabolag. Vi følte oss hjemme og godt mottatt med én gang! Balkongen er nydelig, og vi tilbrakte mesteparten av tiden i Durrës der. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt så en av kveldene laget vi middag i leiligheten og den andre dro vi på en av de lokale anbefalingene vi fikk av Erjon. Det var pakket ferdig en strandbag og stoler som vi kunne ta med rett over veien på stranda! Så utrolig koselig! Det var frisk frukt på bordet og vin til velkomst. Virkelig forseggjort. Erjon svarte alltid raskt og delte tydelige induksjoner. Dette stedet er et must om du skal besøke Durrës!

Notre séjour à Durrës a été absolument merveilleux, et c'est en grande partie grâce à notre incroyable hôte. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. L'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui a rendu notre installation très agréable. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est sa disponibilité et son aide précieuse pour organiser notre séjour. Elle a pris le temps de nous donner d'excellents conseils et de nous aider à planifier nos activités, ce qui a grandement facilité nos visites. De plus, nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse le jour de notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin, bien avant l'heure de check-in, et elle s'est empressée de faire le ménage pour que nous puissions nous installer confortablement sans attendre. C'est un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié et qui témoigne de son grand professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et cette hôte

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
