The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

My family and I stayed at this coastal retreat in Bronte Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is stunning, with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is beautifully maintained, offering impeccable style, large bedrooms, many bath/bathing options, multiple spacious gathering areas, and a great kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The coastal walks, Bronte Baths/Beach and Bondi Beach are on the must see list. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this Airbnb and the location exceeded my expectations. The pictures in the listing are accurate but cannot thoroughly convey the loveliness of this place.

Beautiful house!! The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was a big hit for our son. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn't have wished for a better location, walking distance to the beach and shops. Stunning house, exactly how it had been portrayed and Samantha and Rich were very helpful and accommodating. I'd have no hesitation in returning if it was available.

House is great, location is really handy to the city. The back yard is a surprising oasis in the middle of the city.

The home was warm and inviting. Very picturesque and beautiful for pre wedding photos. The home had everything required. The best central heating and open log fire kept the place beautifully warm. All guests loved the venue and location. We would highly recommend Arafel lodge to anyone looking for a getaway or for weddings. A good time was had by all.

Amazing location right on the beach, waking up to the sunrise in the windows was such a beautiful experience. The instructions were very thorough, the place was a little hidden but we had no trouble to find. The little pink beach shack is definitely on the list for one of our favorite places we have stayed.

Great place with amazing view. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, as we were in winter and it was quite chill outside.

Niesh and Rob were great hosts! We stayed at their Waterfront Cottage for 3 nights and loved it! It was very cosy for a winter weekend away. The sun drenched living area was so comfortable. We felt right at home cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the comfy lounges. We enjoyed a fire by the waters edge and made use of the kayak. Had a great morning kayaking around and taking in the beautiful scenery! Enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the wildlife and stunning views. Only a short drive into Bundeena for plenty of food options. Great bbq area and balcony overlooking the water. We can’t wait to come back again when the weather warms up! Thanks for having us :)

Great place to stay. Lovely, clean, interesting and slightly quirky decorations. Kitchen was great with everything you ever need. Good quality linen, comfy beds, great view and spectacular walks. Dan was helpful and responsive, thank you 😀

Everything was well set out and very comfortable. The furnishings were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and modern. The beds were just right and bathrooms were also modern and spacious. It’s in a beautiful location across from a park and very near the beach. Highly recommend.

I think this is a good rental in a good location at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful stay at Bundeena Beach House! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house has a beautiful, modern design with a minimalist interior that feels calm, spacious, and thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the internal courtyard garden, which brings in natural light and a sense of tranquility. The back garden is also beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—including a lovely French iron fireplace that we really enjoyed. Great communication with the hosts too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea.

What a beautiful space and view. The open lan kitchen-lounge with beautiful window seat framing ocean views is so nice. Walking distance to trailheads to wedding cake rock and Jibbon beach plus hand to local shops. Lots of bird life to see, sunsets and sunrises. Excellently provisioned kitchen. My mother, fur baby and I spent two nights at the seaside cottage. From the initial booking through to our check out, Karen was a warm and responsive host. The property is just beautiful. In such a nice spot and so peaceful. We really enjoyed feeling the sun on the deck and watching the birds. Our weekend was very quiet and we spent much of it at the house which is fully equipped with all you need for a great stay. Comfortable living area, tv, wifi and full amenities in kitchen. As it is cold in the evening, Karen thoughtfully set up electric blankets for both bedrooms. The bed, pillows and linen were SO comfortable - the first night was the best sleep I have had in months. Unfortunately, I became unwell during the second night of my stay - but while in contact with Karen she was a fantastic host and very supportive. I would recommend to any and all that are considering staying here. Thank you again, Karen

Loved my week at Amanda’s. The welcome “weekly shop” (fresh basics + juice) was a lovely touch after a long journey. Quiet street, yet a quick walk to Manly Beach, cafés, and the ferry—perfect spot. Home was spotless, comfy beds, sharp kitchen, bright living space. Amanda’s fast replies and local tips sealed the deal. Five stars.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, the small touches that were left like coffee, milk, condiments were extremely thoughtful. The place itself was beautiful, clean tidy and the perfect touches. Louise was extremely helpful and flexible.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and did not want to leave. The space is beautifully open with 5 levels and great light throughout. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool given winter, but the bbq got plenty of use as did the kitchen and dining room which is large! The heating system kept us more than warm during some of the coldest days of winter and the parking was very convenient. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I can't express enough how much our family renunion enjoyed Andrew and Sarah's home. Everyone expressed how welcoming, homely and family oriented it is. The cooks welcomed the well stocked ktichen -- every utensil we needed plus more was there and so accessible to create delicious feasts served on stylish accessories. The cheese platter on arrival was extremely thoughtful and was the perfect touch after a long drive south. My family had the best time filled with unforgettable memories!

Nataliya’s place was very serene and cosy. It was huge and spacious for the 5 of us. Place was clean and we were greeted with ducks swimming on the lake in the morning. Nataliya was also very responsive. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. Will highly recommend!
