Right in the middle of the built-up area of Bunschoten-Spakenburg, on the Kolkplein, this spacious 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a unique building, a rectory from 1890. Stap binnen in de modern ingerichte woonruimte, waar je je meteen thuis zult voelen. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien: een kookplaat, koelkast met diepvries, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. De volledig uitgeruste badkamer beschikt over een fijne douche en wastafel, en het toilet is apart, wel zo prettig.

Wij zitten met ons melkveebedrijf midden in de prachtige Eempolder die bekend staat om de weidevogels, er is een mooie kijkpost om vogels te spotten. Je kan hier prachtig fietsen en met de fietsboot over de Eem en het randmeer. Dagelijks een prachtige vaartocht, van Amersfoort via Soest, Baarn, Eemdijk / Eemnes naar Huizen en of Bunschoten Spakenburg. Op zaterdag is er de weekmarkt met prachtige lokale producten en waar je een heerlijk visje kan halen.
