Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. The house is located in a quiet hamlet away from the chaos of the city, but at the same time you can visit medieval villages, the wonderful Urbino and many other villages in the Montefeltro. Thanks to the territory, you can go trekking on Mt. Nerone, M. Catria and the spectacular Furlo Gorge. Exciting truffle hunts are organized. The house is newly renovated, comfortable and thanks to its location it offers relaxing and suggestive sunsets and views.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
