This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. A holiday cottage in Masuria, one on a fenced plot of 1,000 m2, with pets allowed. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bedding, towels, a projector and screen, and we also make available a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, and deck chairs. On the property, there are swings, a barbecue, a fire pit, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and it is very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. Charging vehicles from the outlet is not allowed.

The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.
