Holiday rentals with beach access in Burdur

This was the perfect stay for us. The layout of the apartment suited all of our needs as we are two couples that travel the world. It is above a restaurant, but that was not an issue. We did not hear anything. It is walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The beaches are great. Tip-make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes.

Very pleasant place, which has everything you may need to stay (from the kitchen up to a washing machine). It was very easy to communicate with Bora with clear instructions how to get to the place. The location itself is great - very close to the beach, grocery stores and markets with local fruits and vegetables, along with fish stores (one market is every Saturday, one is every Friday - next to a Friday market a fish shop with the fresh fish). There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes around, several public transport stops. Street itself is a very calm and green, you can enjoy your coffee on a beautiful terrace.

I really liked the place, it looked exactly like in the photos, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it. Everything was clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully arranged. Comfortable bed, good AC, lovely kitchen, and a cozy renovation overall. Just a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is on the ground floor, with a direct entrance from the street. The space is quite compact, and while the photos give a sense of openness (thanks to open curtains), in reality, it can feel less private. Even though the windows are tinted, it’s not very comfortable to keep the curtains open when people are passing by. There might also be a bit of humidity, since it’s almost at basement level, but I didn’t experience any major discomfort during my stay. All in all, it’s a well-priced, thoughtfully designed place — just be aware of the layout and level. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly what we expected and wanted: spacious, modern, with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and located conveniently close to both Antalya Konyaaltı Plaj (in the West) and Kaleici (in the East). 5 out of 5! Hakan, as a host, was amazing and completely exceeded all expectations. He provided multiple recommendations on what to see, do, eat etc. He also helped us with booking various venues and promptly responded and addressed all of our requests (typically within a few minutes!). 5 out of 5!

Nice and clean apartment, had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. Excellent location, close to everything. Aslı was a great host, very responsive, and let us store our luggage way before the check in. The bed was a bit too hard for our liking and the internet connection was not stable. The washer and the dryer were in the common area, but we had no problem with using them.

Evin konumu ulaşım açısından çok kolaydı, gün içinde vakit geçirilebilecek her konuma çok kolay ulaşım sağladım. Ev çok temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek her şey mevcut. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edilebilecek bir evdi. Ben hem Cenk Bey’in iletişiminden hemde bulunduğum lokasyondan çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar tercih etmeyi isterim, çok teşekkür ederim :)

Ev temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğim her şey düşünülmüştü. Lokasyon oldukça merkeziydi ve ulaşım açısından da rahattı. Fatih Bey çok misafirperverdi. Her konuda hızlıca geri dönüş yaptı ve konaklamam boyunca kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir ev, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim! Teşekkürler!

We stayed 6 days on this apartment, everything was perfect, equipped with everything we needed. Location good, not far from old town or beach. For sure we will choose again. 10/10

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

We really enjoyed our stay here - we decided to stay in Antalya last minute and quite late at night - this was a great landing place. We were greeted at the door despite our late arrival. Apartment is well equipped and accurately described. Communication with the host was excellent. The bathroom is quite small, it was a bit difficult for two people, but totally workable and not a big deal. We also had a little trouble with the wifi but it worked ok, and the host assured us they would look into it. We would still recommend despite these small things!

We stayed here with our family of four in May. The apartment is very nice and the pool and secluded courtyard were wonderful. Very close to restaurants and old town but far enough to reduce the noise.

The location was perfect in Old Town Antalya. The host was very quick to respond and kept us well informed. It was a little tricky to drive in and find the place the first night. We really enjoyed our stay!

도착 전부터 집에 대한 설명을 정말 친절하게 해주시고 혹시나 집 못찾을까봐 영상 설명까지 있는거 보고 놀랐음. 야간버스타고 안탈리아로 넘어오는 일정이라 얼리체크인 안 되면 힘들었을 것 같은데 얼리체크인 가능하다구하셔서 도착하자마자 체크인 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았음. 숙소 컨디션은 사진 그대로이고 다소 각 방의 방음이 안 되긴 하지만 쾌적하고 시설이 좋은 숙소임. 무엇보다 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 장기간 여행 중간에 딱 좋았던 숙소임. 수건이 하나만 제공되고 세탁해서 사용해야되는 불편?함은 있었지만 2시간이면 세탁과 건조가 가능해서 괜찮았음. 주방용품도 다 갖춰져 있었고 뒤에 발코니에 빨래도 말릴 수 있어서 수영 후 말리기에 딱 좋았음. 문의에 대한 답변도 굉장히 빨라서 지내는 동안 큰 불편 없었고 많은 배려를 해주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었음. 다소 샤워기에서 녹물이 나오는 건지 샤워기 필터가 굉장히 더러워졌지만 .. 이건 샤워 필터 쓰면 괜찮은 부분임 .. 뷰부터 숙소 컨디션까지 너무 좋았음.

Мы проживали с детьми. Спасибо госпоже Шехназ она предусмотрительно установила кроватку и детский стульчик в квартире. Квартира хорошая, вид из балкона просто супер. Сам район тоже хороший все в пешей доступности. По ночам была живая музыка, но ни нам, ни детям это не мешало.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with stunning views over the beach and pool. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from some excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
