The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

The accommodation is in the first row on the Black Sea. You have a clear view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15m from the water. The accommodation is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the space are good. Thank you Marek for letting us be your guests. We had a great time with you.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Hi, We remember the stay very fondly. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We were very nicely greeted by Gergana's nice parents. They took care of our well-being and provided us with all the help on the spot. We were treated to a traditional Bulgarian dish, Banica, prepared by the hosts. We also received a jar of fig jam. Everything was delicious. Gergana's mother even brought us traditional white cheese from Burgas. As for the area, it is a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. We walked to the beautiful beach in 10 minutes. There were very few people on the beach, but the food outlets, as for the time before the season, were already open. It is worth having a car to be able to visit nearby towns, Sozopol, Nesbar and others. We are very grateful for everything and we will definitely want to come back to this place. I stayed here for a month with my son, the apartment is brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable , big table and comfy chairs to work at, internet was fast for Zoom and working everyday except for 1 in the whole month. It was solved immediately by Maxim who just brought me his own broadband while he fixed it, amazing host. Maxim really made our stay fantastic he picked us up from the airport, checked us in, responds to messages fast, he’s a great guy. The apartment is extremely quiet, very close to the beach, the balcony is lovely to sit on, see the sea and also you can dry all of your washing. One thing to note, the pool is not filled out of the summer months. The kitchen is very well equipped, the best. Lots of pans and cutlery, plates and bowls and all the appliances you need. I would 100% come back and stay here in the future.

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

The locale is magnificent, with an exceptional view of the sea and a very pleasant terrace. Communication with Rositsa was extremely prompt, responding immediately to anyone who came up - albeit minor - a problem. We had a great time!

Great apartment, clean, spacious, less than 10 minutes from the beach both paid and free. The kitchen had everything you would really need. Two small shops very close and a very large supermarket 5 minutes from apartment complex. Pharmacy, Laundromat (not necessary as washing machine in apartment) and a tour book place (sells SIM cards) just outside complex. The complex pool was clean, there was a kid's pool area and some playground stuff for them, I didn't really pay any attention as was not with my family. The area where pool and kids play bit's were I would say is very secure to let kids run around as you have to pass though security doors before leaving the complex itself . All in all I would definitely recommend Katarzyna's apartment to stay in.

The location was perfect for reaching the main streets after a little walk. Area around the Airbnb was quiet and peaceful.

Great studio in a lovely location. It's spacious, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Fast internet which was important to me because I work from home. Although my stay was outside of the high summer season I was pleasantly surprised. The complex is an ideal place for walking and relaxing. Extremely easy communication with Silvia, who gave me helpful guidance on places and restaurants to visit around Sozopol. I recommend!

Very nice and friendly host. He met us in person despite our late arrival. He helped with parking. The apartment is spacious. Everything is available in the new house. Almost in the center. Close to the sea. There is no parking, but you can easily find a place near the house.

Thanks for a great stay. The place is in a communicative place, 5-7 minutes from the main street, 3-4 minutes from the Sea Garden and the beach. There's a nice restaurant with fresh fish and good food nearby. There are shops on the back of the block, parking is in a green zone, but there is also a large parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. The apartment is a duplex, two nice bedrooms on the first floor and a living room (room) and a spacious kitchen for gathering in the evening, while the people downstairs can rest peacefully. Thank you for the good time.
