Our stay at Vasileya's house was awesome. Although she wasn't there herself her mother was an excellent host. She greeted everyone and was always there to listen and help out with all our additional requests during the whole stay. We had at our disposal not only our rooms but the common spaces too. Definately recommend. Until next time :)

everything was fine. the house is big with 3 sleeping rooms and one living room the kitchen is well equipped. there is an aircondition, but you don't need it, there is always a nice, calm wind. the garden is big and the pool is amazing. exactly what you need in summer. the host is very sympathetic and IF there is a ,,problem" he will find a solution. thanks for the nice hospitality. we will come definitely back again thanks. Alles war in Ordnung. das Haus ist gross mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und das Wohnzimmer. die Küche hat alles nötige. es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir nie benutzt haben, weil es immer ein angenehmer Wind gab. der Garten ist gross und der Pool war genau das richtige im Sommer(sauber und geflegt). der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und falls es eine Herausforderung geben sollte, wird er sich sofort darum kümmern. Danke für die sehr nette Gastfreundschaft. wir kommen wieder. Danke

We had a great stay in the villas, they were all very clean and the gardens and pool were beautiful. Iliya was a great host, very helpful and communicative, he gave us taxi numbers to use and checked on us regularly. The village was very peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Thank you very much! The house is very clean and bright, with everything necessary for a family! The kids were thrilled with the trampoline, hammock, swings, large yard, lawn and grill, and the adults also appreciated all the amenities. There is enough dishes in the kitchen, and the bathrooms are clean and well ventilated. Special thanks for the coffee machine and delicious coffee ❤️. Ivaylo, the owner of the house, is a bright and kind personality. He helped us start the car when the battery died, coming with his own cables to help us! L’appartement est conforme à la description. Très bon emplacement par rapport aux plages. Tout peut être fait à pieds. La vue est magnifique, je recommande!

Once we'd left the airport, in the darkness of the early hours, and driven along the Bulgarian 'roads' for 25mins, we arrived at a little track down to a few villas. There waiting for us, with the warm lights of the Green Life Villas, was Iliya! Even though it was very late, Iliya was there to greet us with a smile. He welcomed us and showed us to the 2 villas. We felt right at home straight away! The villas are well equipped for your basic needs and are surrounded by well kept gardens. The private pool is a great addition to the villas, and much appreciated on the hot days in Bryastovets! Iliya is great at communicating and will always try to help or give advice. He has a friendly personality and is keen to make sure your stay is relaxed. Our party consisted of 2 families, with 6 children ranging from 5 to 15yrs. ALL of them loved the villas and the surrounding area... they played and relaxed, instantly feeling comfortable. LOVED this place! Visit recommendation: The Camel Park

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

Mooie accommodatie vlakbij het strand. Daarnaast is er ook een winkel aanwezig, en anders ook nog op een paar minuten lopen van de Lidl. Old town Sozopol is lopend te doen (+-25 minuten) langs de stranden. Mooie zitplek om in de ochtend buiten te gaan ontbijten of om te ontspannen. Aanrader!

We were a family of 10 ( range 12yo to 77 yo). We had an excellent time The Villa The Villa is what I would call rustic and basic but has everything you need. There is a very welcoming caretaker (female) who is there to greet you and shows you around. She stays on site and is there if anything is needed and was very helpful. There were a couple of minor issues that were quickly rectified. She speaks no English but we managed with Ggl Translate. The bedrooms are basic but have excellent air conditioning and are cleaned daily by the caretaker. There is a small kitchen inside with a fridge freezer. The kitchen is quite small but you can manage simple meals. It is fully stocked with cooking equipment, utensils and crockery. There is a very large inside table if needed. The pool area has 5 sunbeds, 6 chairs and 2 tables. There is and excellent canopy that can be hoisted and moved around for those wanting shade. There is also a preparation area and sink, our family used this area a lot for cold food preparation for breakfast and lunch. The pool is great and about 3 ft at the shallow end end 5 ft at the deep end. It is cleaned regularly. The caretaker brought out inflatables for us to use as well There is good wifi throughout the property other than in the bottom bedroom of the main house ( note we used all of the main house including the studio, so this had a total of 5 bedrooms). Location It is at the top of a very steep hill, so for the elderly, taxis are in order up and potentially down. The location worked well for us as it is about 15 minutes walk to the start of the restaurants and bars. Taxi to here was 15 Lev (£7). We had older teenagers and young 20yo’s in the party. They went off down to the very lively main party strip, about a 30 minute walk or 20-25 Lev taxi. The resort really does cater for quiet and super lively and everything in between. Supermarkets For ease we generally used the Aldo (quite expensive) at the bottom of the hill and a smaller supermarket (cheaper). However we did one big shop at the M+M but the waterpark. This is very much for locals and loads cheaper. It’s about 2 miles so a taxi back is needed. There was a big Mercury store towards Sveti Vlas (about 1.5 miles) which would be easier to get to but we never used it. Overall we had a Fab holiday in a nice quiet villa close enough to everything for a mixed family of 10.

Очень понравилось расположение виллы. На окраине села, прекрасный вид. Видно почти все побережье Бургасского залива, Атанасово озеро, аэропорт. Мы проводили на открытом воздухе большую часть времени. Прекрасный бассейн. Он достаточно большой для совместного купания детей со взрослыми. Есть лежаки, уличный стол и зонт. До моря 30 минут на машине. Отличная печь для барбекю. Ночью можно наслаждаться звездным небом. Нам очень понравилось!

Мястото беше чисто и имаше всички необходими неща. Мястото беше спокойно и тихо. Бих отседнал отново.

Ухоженная территория. Чистая вода в бассейне. Приятные соседи. В доме есть всё необходимое. Разные мелочи если забыли. Хорошая зерновая кофеварка и запас кофе. Место для барбекю

Everything was perfect. It’s very clean, comfortable and cosy. If you want to go to the sea with friends this is right place.

This was a fantastic holiday, in a beautiful and quiet complex of two villas which easily accommodated our party of nine. Ilya was super helpful and quick to respond to our questions, and suggested a fantastic day trip to a nearby archaeological site which was the highlight of my trip as a museum professional. The village is small and quiet, but there is a shop just 10 mins walk which supplied the basics. I’d recommend hiring a car to go further afield for shops and excursions. It takes just 20 mins to drive to Sunny Beach or Nessebar. We stayed in most evenings and used the amazing outside BBQ dining area. Would 100% recommend for families wanting a peaceful place that isn’t too far from the towns.

house look like on photos, swimming pool was prepared and cleaned every day. kitchen was fully equipped included coffe machine and dishwasher. everything was good expect little problems with internet. sometimes at the evening Marten animal was invading us, climbing on the house.
