Our penthouse apartment in the old town of Burgas offers you an unbeatable central spot surrounded by the renown Sea Garden (2 min), the beach (5 min), the Bogoridi street area (2 min) hosting popular restaurants, craft shops and more. It is a two-face apartment with one side always sunlit, one side always fresh. Both spaces come with air con as well. The balconies enjoy views of the city port, landmark buildings and the sunset. Please bear in mind that it is a fifth floor without elevator.

In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
