Beachfront holiday rental in Burgas

Greetings all! We had a wonderful rest in this magical place. We felt at home in Madeleina's apartment. We were on vacation, three adults, me, wife, brother and beloved dog, the holiday was very comfortable for all of us The well-equipped kitchen with absolutely everything needed for cooking, from spices and temining with pots, pots, pots, large refrigerator, we also cooked in the oven. In both rooms there is concitional air and tv. The apartment clean, warm and welcoming, well optimized for rest. The location is gorgeous, in a new complex located in the first line from the sea, also a beautiful pool with sunbeds (all very clean and neat, like in a 5-star hotel). We had our own parking for the car right at the entrance. Very quiet area, in the evening there was also security, which offers more safety. Two shops right on the street with everything you need. I am grateful to the Universe and the owners for this wonderful experience, we will definitely come back next time.

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

I liked the apartment, it completely met my expectations. Good responsiveness and communication. The area is good, lively, within walking distance of the center, the sea garden and the sea. We needed it to stay close to acquaintances. We didn't visit any restaurants near the apartment, but we saw that there were quite a few. During part of our stay, we took care of a baby, there were all the conditions and this was not a problem.

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

Great, unique apartment with everything you need in a peaceful gated community. Vladimir is a great host, who met and showed us everything at our arrival.

Great place and location.

My stay was wonderful. The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. My recommendation to Tomasz is to pay attention to the fridge-the freezer works well but the fridge does not cool well. My other recommendation would be to change the pillows or just have others-softer and respectively spare covers. Plus it would be if air conditioning was put in the bedroom as well. Otherwise Tomasz is wonderful and very responsive and always responded to as needed. Thanks,Tomasz for everything and until new meetings.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Our choice of the apartment was most successful. Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. The view from the balcony is a separate pleasure. The nature around gives a sense of privacy. The house is located close to the restaurants and shops you need. Pejman and Margarita are super responsive and friendly owners. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back again.

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Good studio in the nice area

We stayed for three days and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment has great views over the ocean. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants 10 minutes away or less. We arrived by bus which drops you off in the old town. We walked from there to the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to old town Sozopol with a gorgeous view of the sunset. There is a bit of stairs, so be mindful. It was away for most of the city noise, but you can hear some music at night (if you want the evening breeze). The place was well organised and equipped. Lovely setting with perfect level of comfort and worth throughout price. Suitable for couple getaway or family vacation.Hopefully, we would be back rather sooner than later.

Enjoyable stay on the edge of town in this immaculate small apartment with a stunning sea view. Elizabet was very friendly and helpful with airport transfer, local recommendations and flexibility around check-in/put timings. Some local shops/restaurants closing at the end of the summer season, but the town centre wasn't much of a walk.

Stayed one night in Ivo’s place. Was super close to the airport and was in the perfect location for my early morning flight. Great location, only about 10 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at Milen's appartment - wonderful and cozy! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Milen was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal – close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. I especially loved the comfortable bed, the fireplace and the lovely balcony. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

Victor was very responsive and helpful. The check in was super easy and the place itself was pretty clean, welcoming and comfortable. The location was super close to the Central Beach, so close in fact we could hear the waves sometimes from the window, which is a very nice bonus in my opinion. I strongly recommend this place, and I hope next time I visit Sozopol I have the chance to stay here. Thank you for everything Victor!

Very nice 3 day year in Burgas . Our host Antonio made the apartment available to us and was with us for any detail we need. The apartment is l nice and is located in a quiet area.
