Johnathan and the Cocovaa team was exceptional!!! They were so accommodating at every turn! When we needed to reschedule they obliged and never declined a request. We are planning our next trip to SXM and will be staying here again. Location: on the Dutch side, right next to D’s Beach bar (ask for Jonesi, he’s the best!) 2 minutes from maho beach and tortuga beach bar (daily brunch) via car and 8-10 minutes walking. 5-10 minutes from the airport We rented a car from SAX (local company) right at the airport. They were very professional and super friendly. We loved our time on the island!!

Andrew was very communicative before and during my stay. I didn’t have any issues that he needed to resolve. Sylvya, the local property manager is a sweetheart and very easy to get ahold of. The apartment is centrally located and the proximity to the airport is convenient and surprisingly unobtrusive. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, ATM, and the most beautiful beach in the island - Mullet Bay Beach. Easy drive to other beaches and nightlife. The apartment was clean, had plenty of linens and beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped, although I didn’t use it too much. The pool area is really nice too. Overall, I loved my stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Our flat was AMAZING! Comfortable, clean, and we had everything inside which could be needed! Towels, soap, shampoo, everything! The kitchen was especially good experience!! Wonderful clean fridge, there was all stuff which you need for cooking, two types of coffee machine…. Incredible comfort👌🏽👌🏽 Livingroom cleand and shiney bc of the big window and the big balcony. Bed was so comfortable!!! We could sleep so well all night. We really enjoyed every moment in the flat!

Absolutely great place to stay! In the time I spend here I was able to relax, enjoy myself and aseptically the great view at sunset. The accommodation is good, you have a good bedroom and separate bathroom with a good shower. The bed is comfortable and with the airconditioning its great to sleep. But even better is the main room with good kitchen! you can relax here, get comfortable or cook yourself if you would like to. The the place outside, this is absolutely great, the view, the rest and sound of the ocean makes it a absolute great place. I was here alone, but for two people it is also good, enough space to sleep and live together. Absolute my recommendation! Michele is the person who wil help you, she is always available on the app, and wil help you with al your questions. Although you are close to the airport this is not something that bothers me. The aria is secured at night, and beach, town and airport all in walking distance. I will sure go there again!
