We are located a few kilometers from the Vienna city limits, 15 km from the Vienna city center and a few meters from the border to the Babenberger town of Mödling, very romantic and hidden on a green island surrounded by the Mödlingbach. After the impressions, experiences and exertions of the day, you can enjoy and relax the tranquility and biodiversity of the nature of the garden with us in the countryside. And YES, we also live here. The house has 2 floors, each floor 130 m², so enough space for everyone :)

Vacation at the gates of Vienna

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Es erwartet Sie ein stilvolles Ambiente mit Pool und zwei großen Terrassen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Sicht auf den Neusiedlersee. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses erwartet Sie eine idyllische Sicht auf die schönsten Weingärten unserer Gegend. Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

Chilling in the pool, painting or yoga with sheep - you'll like it!

Maria Ellend is a small community located 12km from the airport Vienna. The house is located in a quiet residential area with beautiful views of fields and forest. The train to Vienna takes only 30 minutes to the center. Since Maria Ellend is not in the direct airway, there is no aircraft noise. Furthermore, the Designer Outlet in Parndorf can be reached in just 15 minutes. For the daily local supply there is a Spar supermarket in the village and also restaurants.

The farm by the forest - over 400 m² to feel good

The Hof am Wald offers relaxation amidst 2 hectares of meadow orchards and forest. In two double rooms and a junior suite, each with its own bathroom with shower, you can finally sleep in, come down and just be. The Gustostückerl is "the living room". Through the large panoramic window on the first floor you can admire either the moonrise or the sunrise. To cool off in the warm season, a beautiful pool with a view is available directly in the courtyard.

This beautiful villa is located in the world-famous wine village of Gols. The surrounding vineyards and the nature reserve around Lake Neusiedl invite you to hike, ride and cycle, as well as Lake Neusiedl for surfing, kiting and sailing and the Parndorf Outlet Center for shopping. The house has a ground floor and a 1st floor and is superbly equipped. The house with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the secluded garden can accommodate 6 people.

Welcome to SeeZeit - the unique lake house with direct lake access and boat dock with electric boat. The vacation home, which is located on Lake Neusiedl, offers enough space for 6 guests with its 110 m² of space. A nice place that invites you to relax and linger. The modern e-boat is available for FREE from Easter to the end of October (included in the daily price, 2.5 kW - 4 people). You do not need a boat license for this electric boat.
