We loved Adolfo's place. Check in was straight forward and he was very flexible with us. We really enjoyed our stay. The shower leaked a bit and the floor got wet, but Reyes was responsive and provided a solution in a timely fashion. Also received restaurant recommendations.

Muy linda casa, todo lo que se necesita y mas, Rosario penso en todo para que el huésped se sienta como en casa, hace mucho tiempo que no tengo una tan linda experiencia por airbnb, muy personal, amical y humana. Gracias

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento de David, nos hemos sentido como en casa! Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, incluso era más bonito en persona que en fotos. La entrada era muy amplia donde dejar las cosas, hemos ido con una niña de 2 años y nos ha venido genial para dejar su carrito. Sin duda, un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para disfrutar del fin de semana.

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

Un appartamento perfetto, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare a Madrid. La stazione della metro è molto vicina e ci sono alimentari, bar e ristoranti a pochi passi. Da apprezzare anche il parco bellissimo con pista ciclabile, illuminato anche di notte. Disponibilità impeccabile degli host. Se torno a Madrid, sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente questo alloggio.

Nos alojamos 4 noches. Carlos estuvo comunicado desde antes de nuestra partida. El vuelo tuvo una demora de 5 horas, Carlos tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos comida y bebida en la nevera ya que llegamos muy tarde. En todo momento se comunico con nosotros dandonos consejos para movernos por Madrid y lugares para comer. El barrio es muy tranquilo, a 15 minutos en metro de Sol. El apartamento es tal cual lo publicado Nos sentimos muy comodos en todo momento.

Estancia muy agradable. El estudio es muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para unos días. Y Yaiza muy agradable y atenta, si alguna vez volviéramos, repetiríamos sin dudar.

My husband and I, in our 70s, enjoyed 10 days in Ana’s comfortable and quiet apartment. Ana tried to accommodate our arrival time and was helpful and friendly. We did not use the kitchen and dining area much, taking advantage of the neighborhood’s restaurants and cafes with Ana’s suggestions. The living area has a comfortable sofa for two with plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable, but sleeping for two required some agility since it is next to a wall. Great bathroom! The interior apartment was removed from city noises, but neighbors’ voices and activities can be heard, usually not after midnight ( and Spaniards keep late hours!) The neighborhood is convenient for exploring historic areas and transportation. We have stayed in Madrid many times visiting family and friends, and we hope to have the same wonderful experience with our next visit.

This is an amazing Airbnb and I absolutely loved staying here - I’ve stayed at this flat a few times now and I think it’s even better each time I’m there. It’s situated in a fantastic location and easy to get to most places in Madrid from there. Cristina is a wonderful host and is always really helpful and responsive. I can totally recommend.

Éramos 3 y quedamos muy conformes con el piso de David, lo recomendamos!. Muy amplio, bien decorado, central y con todos los implementos necesarios para cocinar, en el baño, closets, etc. A pesar de tener ventanas con luz natural, puede ser un poco oscuro dado que es en un sótano así que si necesitas luz natural 100% quizá no es tu lugar. Estábamos un poco nerviosas por los comentarios sobre el baño pero la verdad es que fue mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Tiene una puerta de vidrio con efecto difuminado y además un biombo que puedes poner para mayor privacidad. El espacio es muy amplio, tecnológico, con aire condicionado y la verdad es que 10/10. David además muy atento siempre respondió todas nuestras dudas y nos dejó un desayuno de cortesía que agradecimos un montón porque llegamos tarde al departamento.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything was perfect! The air conditioning worked perfectly (we like it cool to sleep). Clean and everything needed was available!

El apartamento tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy bonito y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación buena y Andrea facilitó la llegada. Cuidaron el mínimo detalle, dejando para desayunar, juegos de mesa....

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

Manu was very supportive of my wife's stay...very friendly and accomodating...the other tenants were also very friendly. Would highly recommend it1.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
