We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. Located on our small farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are a perfect launching point for adventure. Lake James and the Linville Gorge are only 20 minutes away, Asheville 45 minutes, and Charlotte only an hour. Explore countless waterfalls, miles of trails, or kayak our beautiful rivers during the day, and relax in the hot tub and shoot pool in the evening.

Come escape to beautiful views of the mountains to a relaxing/secluded hideaway in the woods to unwind with nature/star gazing. We are nestled at the bottom of 105/Linville Gorge where you can swim/hike/mountain bike. We are 1 1/2miles to Fonta Flora brewery and 4 miles to Paddys Creek State Park. We have access to Fonta Flora Trail to the brewery Morganton/Marion have lots of great restaurants. We are a 1hr drive to Asheville/Boone. No boats/need 4wd!

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
