Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Our Fletcher Wellness private apartment situated a stones throw away from Nottingham City centre, has all modern amenities such as: *Fully equipped kitchen *Washing machine *Full size fridge freezer *Hot tub *Sauna *Garden *TV's with Amazon Prime. Situated next to the NCT tram line, Middle Street station is 2 minutes walk away, Nottingham is only a 20 minute tram ride. Beeston town centre just 5 minutes walk, offers a range of shops, cafés, restaurants, as well as cinema and range of parks.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

The Red Lodge Annexe

A well presented self contained annexe with private garden and hot tub, Nestled in the picturesque village of Woodborough in Nottinghamshire, this charming annexe is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat or even a stop gap for a family day out at one of Nottinghamshire's local attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cosy bedroom.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Refurbished throughout, the entire place is yours to enjoy. The property boasts a large living space in stunning surroundings. With walks on the farm land and surroundings, local village pubs, cycling along the Grantham canal or in the Vale of Belvoir. Nottingham city 10 miles away, Melton Mowbray 8 miles & Leicester 15 miles. Children are welcome by arrangement. Sorry no pets allowed.
