Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute and cozy partially above ground basement apartment. The house is over 100 years old so expect character creaks and cracks! It offers clean linens, towels and toiletries as well as coffee and tea and basics for your stay. The ceilings are only about 7ft high so that’s a fair warning for tall people! Located on the ‘cusp’ of the East end and Downtown, it’s on a bus route and is walking distance to all major amenities, walking trails and only 9 min from the airport.

This was a lovely apartment! We really enjoyed our stay and the restaurant downstairs was spectacular as was Terre across the street. Only disappointment was the freezer was out of order and we needed to freeze our ice packs , and there were a couple lights burned out. Dim in the evening and in the bathroom. However this is still a top notch place to stay and very well located.

Marks place is absolutely beautiful - just like the pictures. Waking up with the view of the harbour was stunning and all amenities were taking care of. Check in and check out were a breeze. We were walking distance to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit, which was a huge plus. And having the garbage meant it was easy to drive out for day trips. Would stay again!

Very good option while in St John's. This airbnb is located in a middle class neighbourhood, really close to downtown (10-minute walk to the closes attractions). The host does his 110% to make a pleasant stay. A good breakfast and a place to park are included.

Stayed for 1 night. Place was comfortable and homey. Very clean and well maintained with small extras that added to experience. 10 min car ride to St. Johns (approx. $30 cab ride). Will definitely be staying here again.

Had a terrific stay with Joy. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with a large shower and separate soaker tub. Joy was very flexible with me coming and going as fit my needs. The items left to prepare breakfast were a great bonus. I had a wonderful stay and certainly would not hesitate to book again when back in St. John’s. Her friendly dog Dagen was also a great addition to the stay, ready to greet me with a patient wagging tale whenever I saw him.
