Rez de chaussée : cuisine dînatoire (25m², tomettes), séjour-salon (40m², sol en pierre de Bourgogne, cheminée), 1 chambre (20m²), 1 salle de douche avec petite baignoire et 1 WC avec lave-main. 1er étage : 4 chambres (de 9 à 40 m2, parquets), 1 WC, 1 salle de douche et 1 salle de bain avec WC. Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, ...). Cette ferme, entretenue pour être confortable, a gardé ses attributs du 19e siècle. Un garage est attenant avec borne de recharge T2.

19th century house in the countryside

This former stagecoach inn was later a carpentry shop. Its grand staircase in Burgundy stone once served the rooms of travelers and its living room retains the driving mechanism of the carpenter's machines. This house, steeped in history and completely restored, will be the starting point for walks to discover the National Forest Park. Come and enjoy the charm of old stones, which will offer you natural air conditioning in summer. In winter, sit by the fireplace.

A peaceful haven welcomes you: a guest room in a detached house, with a shower room, a kitchenette area, a laundry room, and a living room. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.
