A chic bathroom with its own sauna, bathtub and floor-level shower area as well as 3 TV-free bedrooms with box spring beds and real sleep time extension, thanks to blackout pleats, are located on the upper floor of the house. There is plenty of closet space for the vacation wardrobe.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

The covered terrace is made for wonderful summer evenings. Up to 6 people will find enough space for quiet relaxation, game evenings, trips on foot to the harbor (approx. 5 minutes) or extensive bike tours through the beautiful nature.

Welcome to my modern country house, lovingly renovated in 2022. Wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and a natural stone countertop create a warm atmosphere. Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, spacious, accessible home. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200) and a sofa bed (150 x 200). For additional guests there is an extra bed (70 x 180) and/or an air bed (140 x 200). Two terraces and the large garden invite you to great summer evenings outdoors. The house is right on the city border to Bremerhaven.

We are very happy that we were able to take over this magical thatched cottage in Butjadingen at the beginning of 2022. The Wadden Sea nearby, with ebb and flow, every moment is different here, every day new. There is a lot to discover. It is fantastic by bike. The location is perfect for calming down and slowing down and we would like to share this place.
