Holiday rentals with beach access in Butler Beach

We loved staying at Cary’s. The home was close to all the things we wanted to do - easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed bike riding the neighborhood. The pictures of the home were a good representation of what we found when we arrived. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. If our travels bring us back St Augustine we’d be happy to stay again.

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. I stayed with my daughter. We loved this studio. It is set up perfectly. Big bathroom. Tons of towels. Everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the book of recommendations which is also available on the site listing. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

We love this Oceanside condo community and have stayed at various rentals dozens of times. Todd’s place was comfy and well equipped with beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a small bag for taking ice and soft drinks to the beach. Condo has two very large flat screen smart TVs. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Todd was a gracious and responsive host. Great value. We will be back.

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! Geny and Chris are wonderful hosts—always quick to respond whenever I had a question. The house was very clean, comfortable, and made my family feel right at home. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away, which made our family gathering even more enjoyable. The refrigerator’s ice maker could be improved, and the kitchen might benefit from new plates and pans, but everything was still functional. There were plenty of linens and towels, more than enough for our group of 12. We truly appreciated our stay and the welcoming atmosphere.

This place was absolutely wonderful for our family. Great location and steps away from the beach.🏖️ looking forward to our next little getaway at Dominic‘s place. 😎

Great location for the price. 5 minute walk to the beach. 10-15 minutes drive from historic section of St. Augustine. Very clean and the garage had a bunch of beach toys and a wagon to use. Garage is tight for two cars because of shelving but if they are smaller end they will fit. The price versus having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an entire living room and dining was an incredible find. Renee had clear communication on check in and check out instructions and would help anytime we needed anything. There is also a play park across the street for any children to play if they need to get out any energy. Overall it was a great place to stay and when we come back to St Augustine, we hope we will be able to book Renees place again!

Loved the location of the house. There was so much to do nearby, but it was very peaceful. it was close to a beautiful beach. The rooms were nice and the pool space was great. We definitely ended up doing quite a bit of laundry because we kept running out of towels and there were a lot of empty spice containers in the cabinet when we arrived, so we made a trip to the store to replace some of those. Overall, it was a beautiful house and a great location. We were sad to leave!

We had a great time! We were able to utilize the beach with my 92 year old grandmother because of the drive on beach access less than a block away. The layout of the house was more than accommodating for her limited mobility and had plenty of space and privacy for the rest of the family to enjoy. This was a wonderful trip for our family.

Nice and quiet location that is still very close to all of the exciting activities on Saint Augustine. We actually only stayed in the unit for a few hours before checking out because we finished everything we wanted to do in the area that same day. Seemed like a cozy and inviting place in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Would stay again.
