Great place to stay during The EPIC Cup

Drew’s place was perfect for our stay in Hamilton. Nice patio, clean kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of parking by the house. We’d definitely stay there again on our next trip to Ohio.

We had a lovely stay. Kristan's place was cozy, yet spacious, and just what we were looking for. We loved that there were two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The modern thermostat was a bit tricky to use, but Kristan was very helpful and quick to answer my questions about it. Just a couple of notes: There is no toaster, but there is a microwave. Also, we have a big car, and we found that parking under the carport made it challenging to back out and down the driveway. After the first time, we just pulled up close to the carport, and that worked just fine. Overall, the house was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

The house was perfect accommodated us perfectly great stay great find great neighborhood lots of space decorated beautifully only thing it rained 2 days if a roof was over the BBQ deck it would have been more usable but other than that I would definitely stay again perfect home pics and reviews didn't lie.

We stayed here for over a week and had a great stay. The house is big and spacious with lots of bright light. I loved that it had a backyard and heaters for the deck which were perfect for the cold mornings and evenings. It is close to a busy road and there are some trains in the distance but we weren't disturbed by them. Just note that the bedrooms don't have blackout curtains so it does get quite sunny early in the morning. Overall it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We really loved that it was close to the highway and made it easy to get where we needed to go.

We had a storm go through so we had to get to the house and stay...but watched some favorite shows on the steaming service and got a early start the next morning. It was fun to chill at this house

Great split level house in beautiful Beckett Ridge neighborhood! Cozy beds, plenty of towels & wash cloths! House is well stocked including starter paper towels and toilet paper as well some general cleaning supplies which I appreciate as I like to clean up after meals etc. Our 12 year old daughter loved the counter to icemaker!! Jerry and Elizabeth were responsive, helpful and very accommodating!

Jill is a great host, very responsive. The home is close to Oxford and well-equipped. The 4 bedrooms and being able to bring our golden retriever was a plus. The home was a bit chilly, but otherwise wonderful. It is extremely clean—a real plus for me!

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Denise’s apartment was absolutely amazing. All the instructions were so clear and she was super helpful! Everything was exactly as pictured and so cozy.

The place was beautiful and comfortable for two people. Very clean. Loved the location as any activities we chose were walkable or a quick drive away. Responsive host. Only downside was the pool was not yet opened as the city has not yet cleared it for the season. That was a bummer since we booked it since it had a pool and assumed it would be open since it’s almost July. Otherwise great stay and would definitely stay again!

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Great stay

Bathroom is a tight squeeze but the bed was very comfy and clean, the location was perfect, and the hosts sent us an extensive list of so many restaurants/bars/experiences. Everything we tried on their list was fantastic!

Wow. Can I just say, this is the most peaceful place I have ever stayed in. You stay in a rustic old homestead, and you learn to love it more and more. We sat outside and watched the fireflies and listened to the birds. The home was cute, and it was fun sleeping in the loft. Soft bed. Small but had everything you needed. The dogs on the property were so sweet, and the host was just fantastic. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Came to Cincinnati with family for 3 days- had a group of 8 adults and a baby. Claudia house was PERFECT! Had plenty of space and things for for everyone to do and the rooms were all fantastic! Made use of the pool and spacious kitchen. Host was responsible and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

Amy’s place was great! Had everything you could need, space was exactly as described and the location was close to the University without being in the thick of student housing. Had a wonderful stay!!

We chose this place for the proximity to Kings Island while still being situated in a quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the nice, warm evenings out on the back porch listening to the cicadas chirping (they weren't too bad considering they were spawning like crazy this time of year). We did have trains go by at least twice each evening, which the property butts up against the railroad. the trees do a good job of buffering the noise from I-75, but the trains are unavoidably loud. Interior amenities are as pictured. Plenty of towels for all guests. Requested the use of an available pack n play, however the mattress provided had a questionable stain on it and the sheet did not allow it to lay flat. We did not end up using it. Overall, it was what we were looking for: room for the family and a young child to burn energy, outdoor hangout space, and a kitchen to be able to cook.

This house was amazing to stay in; if I ever came back to Middletown, this would be the place to stay.

This home was a perfect place to stay with family and friends in order to attend our daughter's college graduation. It served as a great "home away from home" to have a small graduation celebration. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were a nice size. We didn't realize the room with 2 twin beds was actually a trundle bed but it worked out. The home was just minutes away from Kroger Marketplace which was convenient for groceries. David was very easy to work with and communicative.

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway and close to everything. Very spacious inside and clean! Highly recommended and would love to come back if we are back in the area.

Very responsive host, clear instructions. Adorable house, close to grocery and necessities. Nice yard. Convenient for disabled family member. Quiet neighborhood. Enough privacy within the home.
