We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

Great location that was walkable to everything in the downtown oak bluffs area. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Unit was very clean with everything you need. Plenty of space for two people. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute, perfect-sized place! We loved staying here for our honeymoon. We didn’t explore much of Providence but traveled to a lot of other near by areas just an hour away— Cape Cod, Boston, Newport, Block Island etc. It made a perfect home base for seeing a ton of cool places. Traffic in and out wasn’t bad either. The place was so bright and clean and comfy.

Lovely, relaxing and cozy apartment. It was the perfect place to come home to after a fun day of sightseeing.

Susan’s apartment is clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. But it’s all about the view! It’s a rare AirBnB that offers such a spectacular ocean view. And we love the whole Cape Anne region. There’s so much to do, but we also enjoyed just relaxing and watching the waves. We had fun playing ping pong! We’re looking forward to coming back.

Michael’s apartment is spotless, centrally located, spacious, and a comfortable respite. The yard is definitely a space to enjoy! So many birds at their bird feeders. All were singing so beautifully. A shed for bike storage was offered. A fully equipped kitchen is a plus and the tea is a nice touch. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my partner. We worked during the day ( I was 10 min from the hospital) and came “home” to a quiet relaxing place. It’s very ample and convenient. Very clean, full kitchen( we cooked dinner one night) , comfortable bed and great bathroom. The outside is inviting with lounge chair , hammock and fire pit. I used and enjoyed them all. There is a small private beach at 20 min. Very nice. The bike rail is close but the weather and time did not allow us to use the bikes available to us . Great Airbnb and great value . Stephanie was very nice, responsive and explained everything upon my arrival. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Would go back in a heart beat . Thank you!

The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect for walking around. We walked everywhere downtown and it was easy to get Ubers if we were going anywhere a little further.

We had a great stay in Stacie and Mark’s apartment. The apartment is lovely, lots of room, very well decorated and maintained. The location is walking distance to downtown but very quiet! Stacie was very responsive, gave precise instructions, and was friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to New Bedford sometime.

Great spot for a few days in Montauk. Really close drive to town only about 15 walk into town. Great food cart on property open when the weather is good. Amazing ocean views from most rooms hard to find in the Hamptons.

We have stayed in all 3 apartments in this address. Excellent location and extremely responsive host. Highly recommend if you want quick walkable access to downtown Falmouth and beaches. What’s not to love!

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian
