Ich war sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden und die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und ein Supermarkt in direkter Umgebung. Nataliia war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Aleksandar's apartment is perfect! Clean and very spacious, we had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Aleksandar's mother who is very kind and nice person. There was a nice wine bottle, fruits and mineral water prepared for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I fully recommend Aleksandar's place.

Martin 's Apartment was everything advertised and even more. we did not check in until 11.45pm due to flights and there was a present surprise in the fridge for us, bottle of wine, nice cakes & 2 bottles of water. The views are stunning from the apartment and there is a corner shop 3 minutes walk,. for an evening bigger shopping experience there is a full size supermarket within 14 walk. From this supermarket you can also catch the local bus to Sunny Beach & Nessebar. bus no 5 & 8 ( 2 lev each way ) if one prefers there is a taxi stand 5 minutes from apartment. Also room to park a car if you have one hired. we eat at some local restaurants and the food was wonderful. I nearly forgot to mention the pool, local beach 4m walk. & one can also catch the water taxi to Nessebar. 10m walk from the apartment.we reached out to Martin on 3 occasions and he came straight back with advise.I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to anyone. We are very happy with the time we spent in Nesebar. The apartment had everything we wanted, and it was in a very quiet and convenient area for visiting other places. Pepi was incredible. He was always very helpful to making sure everything was going well. If we had any questions, he answered us immediately and also gave us many recommendations for our trip. Everything was perfect! We will definitely return

Julia was a wonderful host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her helpful assistant. The property was small but clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was great, in a quiet residential park. However, finding parking could be tricky during peak summer season.

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist in erster Reihe am schwarzen Meer. Man hat sowohl von der Terrasse als auch von den beiden Balkonen freien Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 15m vom Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Appartementanlage. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vielen Dank Marek das wir Deine Gäste sein durften. Es hat uns gut bei Dir gefallen.

A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

Жилье находится на территории большого комплекса есть бассейны . На улице достаточно места для бесплатной парковки с этим проблем не возникло . В целом уютный номер чтоб остаться на пару дней . Их приятного есть чай и кофе , а также хозяин позаботился о мелочах которых часто нехватке в таких кондоминимумах. Есть соль ,перец и даже растительное масло, чтоб вам как гостю было комфортно и не нужно идти покупать это все и вы можете приготовить себе завтрак ) Окна выходят не в центр двора где бассейны и это большой плюс ,так как в летний сезон там будет очень шумно . Есть отличный баллончик со столиком и стульями где можно расслабиться и отдохнуть ) Нам в целом все понравилось особенно подкупить мелочи о которых написали выше ) Остановились бы ещё раз )

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

Я унесу в сердце прекрасные воспоминании о Элените, море-пляже, бассейнах, инжире-арбузах, рапанах, нудистском пляже, лесных тропах, бетонной площадке для обозрения, Негреско, вид с окна на какродные горы, атмосферную квартиру в которой есть ровно столько сколько нужно для комфортного отдыха и решения житейских вопросов. Я люблю это все и уезжаю. чтобы вернуться. Да сопутствует вам, Катерина, удача !

Мы отдыхали у Доброслава весь июль. Доброслав организовал такси от аэропорта до квартиры. Квартира большая, удобная, чистая. На большом балконе стоят садовые качели и большой стол. Вокруг много зелени. До пляжа 5 минут. Пляж песчаный и дно моря тоже. До магазинов 5 минут. Вдоль моря расположены всевозможные кафе в огромном количестве. Нам понравилась погода в июле. Днем умеренно жарко, а ночью прохладно. Море достаточно теплое. По городу курсирует экскурсионный двухэтажный автобус до старого города Несебр. Детям понравилось ехать на втором этаже. Мы хорошо отдохнули в Равде.

Замечательные апартаменты. Все абсолютно как на фото, в живую даже лучше)) Все на 10 балов из 10! Чистота, дизайн, удобства, расположение!! До центра и набережной 10 мин ходьбы. Так как у нас был активный отдых, мы очень уставали, спали и просыпались бодрыми, потому что спальные места очень удобные , чистое постельное белье. Мягкие полотенца!!! Все на высшем уровне!!! Хозяин нас встретил, все показал, рассказал! Владо, спасибо вам огромное !!! Идеально подходит для отдыха с детьми!! Цена и качество тоже супер!! Определенно советуем!! Обязательно вернемся !! This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

Апартамента беше чист, красив и на много кратка разходка от центъра на Бургас. Леглото е удобно, хола е голям и има всичко от което може да се нуждаете. Жана е прекрасен хост и силно бих препоръчала апартамента й на всеки.
