Beautiful and comfortable place! Well located, quiet area but with all amenities needed. Near the main street and shops to stock up. The host is very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Everything was excellent to the point that we decided to stay longer

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

The house is very nice and with quite comfortable for the 12 people, the kitchen has all the cutlery and the tennis court is in excellent condition

Very nice house furniture and tasteful decoration good host damage for the electricity outages and the number of dogs in the neighborhood several times strangers tried to enter the house we did not let them in there is a grocery store nearby held by very nice people where you will find everything you need otherwise there is a supermercado nearby for the rest it has to provide regular transport overall it was fine

Jonathan was a 10, always friendly and available for any concerns. The apartment is luxurious, with all the amenities, air conditioning that freezes, a washing machine in case you stay for many days, many places to shop and if you go by car there is always a place to park. Very happy with the place.

The place is beautiful to disconnect and connect with nature, it has all the amenities and an amazing view. They are very kind and understanding. More than recommended

The property is located in a super quiet enclosed neighborhood, but obviously not many supermarkets or food spots nearby. The house itself was spotless, all super clean and tidy. In the living room there is a sofa for two people and a spectacular speaker, the air conditioning works super well. The kitchen is very well equipped, even if you want to cook; it has an electric hob, microwave, electric turkey, mixer and many utensils. The shower in the bathroom was great and the heater worked re well, they left us soap, toilet paper and towels. The piece is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, and they even had blankets in case it was very cold. The spectacular air as well. Joaco sent us the clear instructions from the first moment, with a video even. He was always attentive and very kind. You have to plan the trip a little beforehand since as I mentioned there are not many things nearby; but without the place it is great and I highly recommend it.

The place was great as described in the listing. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and well-equipped. Care was noted in every detail. Also, the host was super attentive and was always ready to help us with whatever we needed. One detail that really surprised and valued us a lot was that she welcomed us with the fridge full of complimentary drinks. A spectacular gesture that makes all the difference!! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
