We loved our stay at Lia’s place! The house was well-cleaned, and they even had welcoming treats for us. Everything in the house was well thought of for guests, love how they provide beach / pool towels and bath towels for us. Ate Jenny is very nice and accommodating, she visited us during the stay to collect our trash. They would also call tricycle service for us for when we needed to go out, since the place is a bit far from the center. The private beach access is one of the best parts — the shore is very clean and nice, you can watch the sunset. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely come back!

Grace's place is a gem. A piece of calm when San Juan is bursting of life and energy. A huge plus for a group of friends in their late 30s. Totally clean and complete amenities. The caretakers are responsive, helpful and hospitable. Also, the location is near everything so we didn't worry abt parking or transportation. Will definitely be back! Thank you Grace and team.

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! When me and my family saw the house we were all amazed of how beautiful the place was. The inside was very much aesthetic and spacious for 16+ guest. The places that we visit are not that far and the host was very chill, kind, and responsive! Our experience at their place was worth it! We will definitely come back again!🤗❤️

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. We had such an amazing stay! The place is very well kept, clean, organized, and beautifully maintained. It’s quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to unwind and relax. One of the best parts is that it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, so we were able to enjoy morning and sunset strolls without the hassle of long drives. The villa had everything we needed. From kitchen essentials to cozy linens, everything was already there and well-prepared. It truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell a lot of care and thought was put into making the place comfortable and convenient for guests. A huge thank you to Ms. Dianne, who was incredibly attentive and kind. She made sure we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the day we left. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days, and we really appreciated it. Tanya’s place was peaceful and refreshing. It’s a good place for families who want private quiet time. It’s also near the tourist destinations. As amenities go, they have all the necessities, as declared in the listing.

Staying here felt like a home away from home. The place was great—they even customized one room for our kids to ensure their safety by childproofing it and adding toys for them to play with. Even when there was a power interruption during our stay, they made sure we had enough water supply, power banks for internet connection, and electric fans. The house was clean, organized, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed our karaoke session. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, understanding, helpful, and always just one call away. I’m very thankful for them. This place is highly recommended! We will surely book again for our future visits.

Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. Thanks Rodel and Crispin for making our stay comfortable!

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

This house was exactly what we wanted, a real house with “Old Baguio” feels. With working lights, hot water, clean and comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings with views to die for and fog rolling into the valley every afternoon. Because we like animals, we asked for the resident pets to be unleashed. The kids were so happy, they preferred to stay in the house rather than go anywhere. This is the best house we ever stayed at. I recommended it to my friends already. We will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Pine! The house is super clean, bright, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt premium—from the appliances down to the comfy beds. We especially loved the attic-turned-media room—it became our cozy movie HQ for the trip. Our group of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 happy dogs fit comfortably. The master bedroom view is a total wow, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for peaceful morning walks with our dogs. Also, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get—no surprises, just a beautiful, well-kept home. Highly recommended!

Harvy's place is much better in actual than in photos. It's such a beautiful space to relax with family most especially if there are kids. The house is spacious and is well maintained. Highlight for me is the private pool and the wide kitchen. Ms Anna is responsive and provided everything we need. The place is private and kind of far from restaurants and fast food but they have a designated errand person who can buy necessities. They also have a full kitchen where guests can cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

The place exceeded our expectations and kuya Rey has been very accommodating all the time. Definitely will rebook this place the next time we visit Baguio.

First, upon checking in, kuya Ben and another guy were extremely helpful, we never had to ask for help as they always offered, the dame goes for ate Jessica and the other lady. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The villa was just as described, i recommend booking couple loft 2 instead of 1, we were right in front of the pool and could just jump right in. We were very comfortable and at home during our stay and had the things we needed for the days that we stayed in and cooked. Clean towels were provided everyday, when they saw us at the pool they had pool towels ready in waiting for us immediately. Although the pool is shared as there are only three villas, you do get to enjoy it in peace as we barely saw other guests. It was a very short walk to the beach and just a few minutes drive from the market and shops as well as other activities. Would definitely go back and stay here when we return to La union.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

We enjoyed staying in Wesley’s place. The road going in the house is really steep hard to park but we get use to it. The house is very spacious, clean, everything we need is there and neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

It's our 3rd time to stay in their airbnb & it's still as comfortable as it was before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Homey, safe, near to major tourist areas, a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.
