Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung sieht aus, wie auf den Fotos und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles macht einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck.

Tuvimos una estadía excelente en el alojamiento. Viviana y su pareja súper amables y muy buena comunicación. Nos permitieron hacer check-in antes del horario previsto y también checkout bien temprano en la mañana. Entras al depto y te das cuenta que son muy detallistas y buscan que tengas todo lo que necesitas. La limpieza excelente. Pudimos trabajar remoto desde el depto sin problemas, buena conexión a internet (200Mbps). Cercano al Teatro Flores, ideal para ir a ver recitales y volver caminando. Zona tranquila con varias opciones gastronómicas. Definitivamente volvería a alojarme con ellos.

Indeed a great place in the middle of Caballito's heart. I was there for about 2 months and felt like at home. Comfortable bed, good WiFi (for working), very sunny, nice deco, guarded building entrance with friendly staff, nice rooftop (there's a small swimming pool and a small gym). The laundry is to be done in a common wash and drier machines on the top floor, for which you have to buy the tokens at a kiosk (inexpensive), but the machines were free (available) every single time. Easy check-in and check-out! Appartment at a very good cost-quality rate. Communication with owner was great as well as his availability and help. Highly recommended!

The flat was great—exactly what I was looking for: quiet, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Everything went very smoothly. The location is excellent, close to parks and shops, yet still incredibly quiet—you don’t hear a sound from the street. We felt very safe; the building is modern and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet but central spot in Buenos Aires. Laura was very helpful and discreet. She pays attention to every detail and you can really feel how much she cares about your well-being.

Un excelente lugar con las comodidades indicadas, de fácil acceso, cerca a varios lugares, la pasé muy bien sin mayor contratiempo. Seguramente cuando vuelva podría volverla a tomar.

Tiene muy bonita vista y está muy bien ubicado, con una estación del subte justo en frente.

Great place near Palermo with great internet and great water pressure. Hosts are super nice and responsive. Super easy, comfortable stay for a month.

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Excelente servicio. El lugar es muy lindo y esta cuidado. Aprecio la atención de dejarme café y otras elementos para desayunar. Yo fui a ver un recital en Velez y me quedo cómoda la distancia. Lo recomiendo.

es la segunda ocasión que visito el departamento de Paula en Palermo y fue una muy grata experiencia, ella es muy atenta, el condominio lindo y excelentemente bien ubicado, todo el entorno es genial. el departamento, espectacular bien iluminado y muy cómodo para viajes de turismo o trabajo. seguro que cuando visite otra vez Buenos Aires me quedare ahí!
