Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. The apartment is as it appears in the photos: comfortable, well-equipped, clean and very well located. The area is quiet, ideal for resting, and at the same time it has everything nearby: subway, supermarkets, bakeries and several shops. Excellent connectivity for getting around the city. The host was very kind from the start, with clear and quick communication. He was also very flexible with the schedules, which is very appreciated. A very pleasant stay, I would definitely come back.

Rodrigo and his wife were excellent hosts. SUPER flexible with the check in arrangements as we had somewhat conflicting schedules. Their place was exactly as described and I had everything I needed. They were very responsive and prompt to help with any question I had. Also very flexible with checkout time. I strongly recommend their place to stay in Caballito Buenos Aires.

My stay at this Airbnb in Palermo was simply perfect. The apartment truly offers the best view of the city – absolutely breathtaking! Every morning I woke up to the sunrise lighting up Palermo, and at night, the city sparkled right before my eyes. The balcony is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and soak in the unique scenery. Beyond the spectacular view, the apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The host was extremely attentive and always available with helpful tips and local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Palermo. I can’t wait to come back!

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
