We stayed here for 2nights. The staffs and owner were very hospitable. Nasulit namin yung pool very accomodating din kapag may mga needs. Perfect for family getaway makakapagrelax ka talaga. We had a fantastic experience staying here! The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the market and attractions. Check-in and check out was super easy with clear instructions, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout. All request from the host were approved and we cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating. Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a large group. The kids loved the pools (both adult and kiddie!), and the e-bike was a fantastic bonus for quick trips to the shops. The host and caretaker were incredibly accommodating and kind, even on providing us extra mattresses and blankets. While the rainy season prevented us from fully enjoying the beach (which is a short walk away), the pool was a perfect alternative. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for big families!

The welcome drinks and food were a thoughtful touch — just what we needed after a long, hot drive. La Residencia Nanale truly is a hidden gem and a one-stop shop for comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again!

We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. We had such a wonderful family getaway at Pio at Sunset Strip! The place was exactly what we needed — spacious, cozy, and rustic, with a relaxing vibe that made us feel right at home. The beach was just a short walk away, and our favorite part was ending the day with a bonfire under the stars — such a simple but magical experience, especially for the kids. Paul was an amazing host — super accommodating, friendly, and made sure everything was ready for us. The house had everything we needed, and there was so much space for the whole family to relax and enjoy. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach escape with loved ones, this spot is definitely worth it. We’ll always remember the quiet mornings, sandy toes, and unforgettable sunsets.

The Place is Beautiful and Private! Needs a bit of Repairing. Their Aircon was not working at first, thankfully they replaced the aircon right away.

The place is humagous. Now that I am thinking it seems like I didnt see any cockroach. Lol. But we really enjoyed our stay, all appliances and equipments are working well. I hope they keep it that way. They even allowed us to check out late as we check in really late. The caretaker, Ms. Lea, is really friendly and easy to approach. We are certainly recommending this place. Kudos!

We enjoyed a nice family get together on a 4 day weekend and Cristina's place was great for us to relax and enjoy time out of the city surrounded by nature. Very clean and well appointed we just had to bring personal items and get food from the local market and vendors and cook in the well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioning and Hot Water heaters all worked great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good water pressure. No internet but 3 bar LTE cell service on Smart and we brought our Starlink so no problems staying online. The on site caretaker was very helpful getting us checked in and with questions about the local area and available if any assistance was needed.

serene home is value for money home stay. they have a complete amenities which you will feel your home away from home. Ms. May (host) is easy to communicate with and very understanding. we will definitely go back. 🙂

We had a great stay! Zher-Ann was very responsive and considerate. Our check in time changed and she was gracious enough to accommodate us immediately. The house looked exactly like the photos. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was spacious enough for all 4 of us. The bedroom was big. We requested an extra mattress and were provided one. Just need to be careful since it has a low ceiling. Also, it's on the 2nd floor so make sure your companions are ok to going up the stairs. My elderly mom had to go to the bathroom occasionally so she decided to just sleep on the couch at the ground floor. The t&b was a bit small, but it was no biggie for us. Simple toiletries were also provided. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were provided drinking water, as well. There's also space at the back for grilling (though we didn't have the time) or drying up your clothes or just hanging out. Wifi was stable and fast. And there's ample parking space for 1 vehicle.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family. The caretaker was kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the owner allowing all 13 of us to stay, even though the accommodation is meant for 12. The only downside was that the kitchen tools were a bit incomplete—it would be even better if more kitchen essentials were provided. Overall, a great experience and we’d love to come back!
