We loved staying here! Monica was super responsive and helpful. Everything was super clean and as described. It felt very private and we had our own entrance and driveway. It did not feel like a carriage house and was private and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

The guest house is beautiful, the neighborhood is serene and the neighbors are so friendly. The home is walking distance from restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Michael’s place was perfect. From the clean place and great amenities to the responsiveness and friendliness of the host, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and I will be sure to check out that park across the street the next time I stay here!!

We found the apartment perfect for us,spacious and clean. The location was in the country but not too far away from local amenities, about 10 minutes drive to Highway 74 . The goats are super friendly and enjoyed eating everything we gave them. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed in Jane's guest house which was perfect for what we needed. Kitchenette was well appointed for our needs and we even got to watch our favorite Netflix show. It was quiet and lovely.

We have stayed in many AirBnbs, and it is safe to say that this is among our absolute favorites! From the delightfully welcoming living room to the spacious (and exceptionally well equipped!) kitchen to the comfy bed, skylights and openness of the bedroom, it provided everything one could ask and more. Deer greeted us in the mornings, too. It was wonderful stay! We have a new granddaughter in Charlotte, and we will CERTAINLY return here on future visits. Bravo for allowing us the privilege of staying in such a wonderful home away from home! Thank you!!!

Perfect home away from home. Nicely decorated with peaceful surroundings. Close to downtown and good restaurants nearby. Hosts were friendly and accommodating, perfect example of southern hospitality. I would definitely return!

Michael’s guest house in Charlotte was amazing. It felt like we were staying in our own house and he was a very nice, responsive, helpful and gracious host. Michael and his guest house exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. And it’s in a nice area in Charlotte and close to everything. Felt very safe and the house was clean and was like the pictures. We were visiting for the Metallica concert and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better spot! 10/10 would stay again!

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Spotless from top to bottom — especially the kitchen, which was incredibly hygienic and well-stocked. The fridge looked like no one had ever used it before! The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, practical, and immaculate. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water bottles. The porch was cozy, with a lovely view of the owner’s garden, where friendly chickens and a sweet dog added a charming, homey vibe. Hayley was an outstanding host — welcoming, helpful, and always making sure I felt at home. There’s a beautiful walking trail nearby with a pond and playground, perfect for running or a peaceful walk. The neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant, with restaurants within walking distance. Even though Hayley accepts guests with dogs, the place was impeccably clean — no hair, no smell, just fresh and comfortable. I’ll absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Charlotte!

This was the perfect little crash pad for our one night stay! Close to Plaza Midwood, nice neighborhood, and clean!

Loved this cottage and will definitely be back! Very well appointed – everything I needed, including notably, good coffee, and a fantastic coffee maker! Comfortable, spacious, quiet, private, very well lit, great climate control, and spectacularly clean. Highly recommend it!

This place is super clean and in an amazing location. The instructions, cleanliness, and privacy were WAY better than average. We were impressed, and I am a bit OCD and meticulous in my cleanliness (critical care RN). Joshua was available, professional, and friendly. We did not need a thing. This place was perfect for our stay! We would most definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding since it was close to our venue. Jill knew our situation and went the extra mile to make our already special night even better. The concrete walkway leading to the guest house was covered with rose petals, there was a congratulatory card waiting for us on the dining room table, and Jill even got us a decorative vase with our last name initial on it. Not to mention, we booked last-minute because our other post-wedding accommodations fell through, which made her effort more surprising and appreciated. Other than that, the guest house was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable, clean, and private. Jill is a great communicator, too; quick to respond and helpful. 10/10

This was by far one of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed at!! The location was super close to everything. The place itself was very clean and well put together, super cute. Had a run in with the hostess and she was very kind. An absolute 10/10 and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

I loved Sarynna’s place, it was just as described. It was clean, spotless, peaceful and such a cute cozy space overall. The snacks, drinks and guidebook to Charlotte were very thoughtful and made the experience that much more memorable. I would 100% book this place next time I’m in Charlotte. Thank you!
