I am soooooo glad I chose this place! I loved the location in comparison to the other one I was looking at. This place is walkable to everything and that was important for me as a solo traveler. There is security on site so I felt safe walking back at night knowing someone was always at the desk. Nina was the absolute best host! She was so warm and welcoming which made me feel great about my stay. She also gave great advice and helped me with taxis when I needed them. She even helped me out with being flexible on my checkout time. Nina feels like a family friend! I came from the United States but because this place is affordable for me, I will absolutely plan to come back to Sal and stay here again! I highly recommend Nina’s place!

FANTASTIC apartment, location, value and the absolute best host. If I could give Geert 10 stars I would. The apartment was lovely and clean. Check in was super easy. The complex is well staffed and secure and the pool was PRISTINE. The best beach in Sal is right there on your doorsteps. Walking distance you find AMAZING restaurants and bars to choose from. But the best part of my stay was Geert - he was friendly and thoughtful through my stay, checking in and recommending excellent restaurants and areas to visit. It’s almost impossible to have a perfect vacation but in this case I did. 10/10 fantastic. Thank you Geert. Until next time.

The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay, from a comfortable bed to full kitchen supplies and cleaning essentials. The host was easy to contact, and when I requested a mid-stay cleaning last minute, it was arranged quickly. The location was perfect—close to everything with no construction noise. Definitely planning to return!

This apartment was perfectly located and well furnished. We enjoyed having access to the pool of the residence, and to be within walking distance of Santa Maria beach, the pier, and many restaurants as well as the main street. Carolina was there for our check-in and allowed us to do it a bit earlier than the scheduled time. She was super friendly and gave us lots of tips and info. She also helped us store our bags after check-out as we had an evening flight. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back! Thanks again Carolina :-)

We loved it ! The two terraces are amazing, with colorful flowers all over and a beautiful view on the ocean and the volcano. Super well located as well, right in the center but also in a quiet street, so far away of the noise 👌🏼 Maria , who’s working here, has been really nice and helpful! highly recommended!

Un séjour exceptionnel chez Nelly et Japser ! La vue est à couper le souffle, la résidence est sécurisée, calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine est superbe, idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Un lieu vraiment reposant, parfait pour recharger les batteries. Et un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur réactivité et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Ayana & Cris. Eka hat uns sehr gut betreut und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen: Vor der Haustüre ist direkt der Praya do Estoril und alle Restaurants, Läden etc. sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein winziger Nachteil hat die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss: Da man die Fenster immer offen hat, hört man in dieser Wohnung alles ziemlich gut.. nichts für Leute, die wegen Geräuschen schnell aufwachen. Trotzdem eine super Wohnung!

If you’re looking for a travel home away from home , this place is 100% peaceful and comfortable to stay in . You’ll settle in immediately and feel at home, the view from your balcony is a beautiful picture you’ll take back with you forever . The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet also…mostly easy to locate and yes there’s a walkable distance to some popular restaurants and beaches and high end chill out spots ….you’ll find the back end road. My experience visiting for the first time was great, the apartment is so clean and stylish as you’d have imagined and looked just as listed. The host is very responsive anytime you need some assistance plus the young man assisting for errands MUSA is a wonderful human being to get to know. I will visit here anytime I have the opportunity if it’s available . Never miss a wonderful time at Samuels .

Super, je conseille !! Accès facile à la plage et à la piscine, placé dans un coin calme et tranquille à 2 pas du centre ville avec les bars et les resto, super emplacement. Appartement confortable, vue très sympathique.

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour chez Yannick. Le logement est bien situé et très bien équipé. Le concierge Mustapha est aussi d'une grande gentillesse et nous a donne plein de bons conseils pour passer un bon moment a Sal Rei. Seul petit bémol : nous n'avons pas réussi a faire fonctionner le four pour cuisiner, et ce malgré l'aide du concierge.

Lovely apartment walking distance from the beach and main strip. Maxine was a great host and did her best to patch up any issues that came up. The apartment is well stocked and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Mijn moeder, broer en ik hebben 6 nachten in het appartement van Itzia gelogeerd. Het appartement is erg mooi, licht en ruim. We hadden op de onderste verdieping allemaal onze eigen prive kamer met tweepersoonsbed en er zijn twee badkamer. De verdieping erboven is een hele mooie licht ruimte met veel ramen en een grote ligbank. Er zit ook een keuken waar je zelf goed kunt koken en waar veel pannen en servies aanwezig zijn. Wij vonden het een top appartement om met onze familie te verblijven. De moeder van Itzia woont in het appartement eronder. Zij was erg vriendelijk en we vonden het ook leuk om het huis van lokale bewoners te huren. Ik zou het appartement zeker aanraden.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce logement dans lequel nous avons séjourné à 5 pour une durée d'une semaine. Bon emplacement (10 minutes à pieds du centre ville & proche d'un petit supermarché), grande salle de bain et grand espace à vivre. Terrasse sympathique également qui donne sur la piscine (grande et agréable). L'équipe de Fabrizio a été très réactive à nos messages et nos requêtes ! Je recommande.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

super appartement, tout le nécessaire a la vie quotidienne y est , vous avez un Supermarché dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel qui permet de prendre les premières nécessités, pensez a payer en cap verdien, les locaux arrondissent et la plupart du temps vous perdez 10% 😉.

Our stay had some great aspects, but also a few challenges. The hosts were kind enough to let us into the house before check-in time, which we appreciated. However, the house wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, and while we were told it would be done before 3 PM, it wasn’t. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, and the WiFi signal didn’t quite reach the bedroom. Also, the bed had no fitted sheet, and the top sheet kept slipping off, which made sleeping less comfortable. That said, the house itself was nice, and with a few improvements in cleanliness and amenities, it would be a great place to stay. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!
