At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Lavendel Apartments is located 300 meters from Puerto Beach, in Colonia Sant Jordi. All apartments have a balcony overlooking the garden. They have satellite TV, a safe and a kitchenette. The cleaning service is offered every three days and is included in the price, so you will always have the apartment organized. Towels and sheets are changed periodically during the stay. They have a free and well-equipped space for their customers' bicycles.

It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.
