The apartment was beautiful, with full services and in a very safe complex. The check-in instructions are very clear, and the concierge staff too. I recommend it!

The place is 100% recommended, the dpto comes with everything you need for rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super cute, quiet, very quiet, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to the center of Pucón. On the other hand Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, he gives you very clear directions from the 1st moment, excellent communication. I would undoubtedly stay there when I returned to Pucón... Recommended with my eyes closed.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, has a good location, has all the necessary accessories, very clean and tidy, plus the decor is very nice.

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

We stayed in one of the cabins, and had a great rest. Everything was great, and Jorge is very friendly and helpful. He gave us many recommendations of what to check out in the town. He is also very communicative and responsive.

Very nice and well-equipped house in terms of kitchen items. I also highlight the decoration, it is decorated in such a way that it highlights the typical culture of the area. Felipe was very attentive to what we needed, it was a very pleasant stay, the house has a stove and air conditioning in most of the beds. The only less positive aspect, but not attributable to the house, is that the clay pot did not work very well for us due to the cold weather we had during the stay.

The place was as it was in the photos! Super clean pool, nice surroundings, surrounded by nature. The house is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need to enjoy pleasant days. Nancy is a loving person, warm, friendly, attentive. I recommend it anyways. I would definitely come back.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

It's a beautiful place, with a privileged setting. The house is very nice, large and well enabled. It allows you to rest, enjoy the property and also visit nearby places, such as Huerquehue National Park, Caburgua Lake among others.

Simple cabin, but with everything you need, the price is right for the cabin( The prices in Caburgua are high). The photos are as the cabin and the location is very good.

It is located in a quite quiet and comfortable area, close to the center but without the chaos of the tacos you take with at this time of the year in Pucón. We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Highly recommended accommodation. The apartment has everything that you need. Pamela always responded very quickly to messages and needs. We ask for an extra stove and at half an hour we reached it. The only thing that can be improved is that the guard constantly asked us what apartment we were about, having arrived more than 5 days ago.
