It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a patio, terrace, barbecue in winter, and a removable pool in summer. The house is for 7 guests, perfect to spend a few days with friends or family. There are several natural pools in the area, gorges, and routes of all kinds. You can visit the Yuste monastery 7.5 km from the house. In the village there are restaurants, shops, and a supermarket next to the house.

La Alegría de la Huerta is a rural complex with a lot of charm, located in an exclusive and protected environment: the natural park of Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia (next to Cepeda, Salamanca). It consists of an old, renovated 20th century farmhouse and two beautiful, independent cabins. The cabins (bungalows) are two charming wooden houses that can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has a bathroom, shower, and fully stocked kitchen. There are outdoor areas with a barbecue.
