Welcome to the Domaine. A new, luxurious cottage in the mountains bordered by the majestic Montmorency River. The 1st cottage built on the estate in 2021, Le Cerf, is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, good food with friends and family while having access to all the amenities and comfort you can imagine. In the heart of nature, to the sound of the river and birds, 30 km from Quebec City, you will feel relaxed, letting yourself be lulled by the benefits of the great outdoors.

Chalet avec tous les services. Site enchanteur sur le bord d'une petite rivière et incluant un accès au lac Sept-Iles pour embarcations: 4 kayaks adulte, 1 enfant et une planche à pagaie. Chalet avec intérieur tout en bois incluant un poêle au gaz(en saison). Toit cathédrale au salon. Très bel endroit peu importe la saison. Pas de voisin près du chalet... Intimité assurée! There are mountain biking, fatbike & snowshoeing trails all over the mountain with direct access from the chalet and the Sentiers du Moulin outdoor center is nearby.
