Second time I've stayed and everything was great. It was extremely clean when I arrived. Suellen is proactive and responded super fast on Whats. I had an unforeseen number of guests and Suellen understood, she helped me resolve it. Super recommended and I intend to return more often.

I rented my parents and a couple of uncles, they were very pleased. Iam on foot to blue shore beach. Photos correspond with the flat. Great choice!

Quiet and quiet street! Great for those who want to relax, the location is very close to the beach of Santa Helena and the lovers, you can do everything on foot( there are little deaths, but it is very quiet) .The car in the center is 5 minutes, walking about 20 minutes, whenever you needed to go to the center and it was quiet to park! The house was clean and it's pretty airy! We only have to thank André for the stay 🤝😊

Very pleasant space, great location for those who want to go to the beach or events such as weddings in the nearby ceremonial, which was my case. Only the garage has a slightly tight access for large cars, but the street is very quiet and there are no problems leaving the car there.

Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

Honestly, my experience was wonderful — and I mean that with all my heart! First, because Matheus was super helpful. He always responded quickly, and every time I needed him, he was available. I had the feeling that, if anything happened, I could rest easy, because he would certainly respond and resolve it. At check-in, everything was very fast, I didn't have to wait - which is wonderful. Second, the apartment is exactly as in the photos — and I would say even better, especially because of the view that the windows provide. And I'll tell you: in the end, this view makes a lot of difference, because it's wonderful! Third: the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and a very good soap. This makes it very easy for those who forgot or did not want to take it. And finally, the experience as a whole. At all times, I felt at home — mainly because, in addition to being spacious, the place is well ventilated and quiet. I'll probably come back the next few times.

Very nice apartment, quiet, light and airy space, no dust, and still beautiful, with wonderful decorations. It was difficult to find which condominium was, as there is Ville Esmeralda 1 and 2 ( which in this case is 1), but nothing that occupied that long. The host is friendly and proactive, and the experience and stay were very peaceful :)

My stay at Tati's Airbnb was excellent! The space is comfortable, well organized and has everything needed for a peaceful stay. The location is very good, making it easy to access important points in the city. House with a cool view of Valentine's Beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the extremities, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Family atmosphere and great for those looking for peace and quiet. The end of the access is by means of a dirt road and with a slope, for people with mobility issues can be a complicating, recommended for those who go by car or motorcycle due to the distance from the beaches and tourist spot. I recommend the accommodation for everyone.
