This apartment is in the “La Reserva de Tarifa” residential area, in the upper part of Tarifa. From here, it is a 10 minutes’ walk into the old town, and around 15 minutes to the beach. The apartment counts with a private garden that has the fortunate characteristic of being completely sheltered from the levante (eastern) wind. Perfect to enjoy a barbecue, have a siesta on the sunbeds or play some ball with the kids.<br><br>There is an communal pool with views!<br><br>A maximum of 5 adult guests is allowed<br><br>You like the comforts of an apartment, but you also enjoy being outdoors, then this is the perfect place for you. You can leave your kite or windsurf gear in the car, ready to ride the levante the next day!<br><br>The area where the apartment is located is very quiet. It is at the edge of Tarifa town, with the advantage of only being 10 minutes’ walk away from the old part. From the apartment, you can go straight into the countryside, into the area of "El Olivar" where there is a little river. Very near, you can also find beautiful walking tracks that take you to the eastern coastal area of Tarifa with spectacular views towards the Jebel Musa Mountain in Maroc. If you prefer the long Sand beaches on the west side, it will take you about 15 minutes walking. For convenience, there is a Lidl supermarket at only 500 meters from the building.<br><br>As the place is close to the eastern entrance of Tarifa, from here you drive straight onto the N340. It means you get to the best kite and windsurf beaches in a matter of minutes, avoiding the traffic jams (in summer) of the west exit/entrance.<br><br>Important notes<br><br>The swimming pool is seasonal and is usually open from May to October.<br><br>By booking this accommodation, the guest agrees to complete the mandatory online registration required by Spanish law before the key handover.

The 55 m2 apartment has 4 open spaces, living room, kitchen, workspace and bedroom, which can be separated with the sliding doors if desired. The space plays with different heights to offer varied cozy environments, very bright as it consists of 5 windows. From the living room you can enjoy views of the quiet and wooded pedestrian square. The house also has the amenities listed in the corresponding section, a microwave, a Tassimo capsule coffee maker, and a toaster. The refrigerator with freezer is located under the countertop. The square's tranquility contrasts with the joy of the restaurants on Sopranis and Plocia streets, and the Town Hall. The square and the streets of the neighborhood are pedestrian but have access from the traffic streets within a 3-minute walk. There is underground parking in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Hall Square) a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located on tourist route number 1. With views over the internal patios, it's very quiet and relaxing, while the full kitchen gives you an opportunity to enjoy breakfast in bed or to dine in the salon if you are tired of going out to restaurants every night. The bathroom (15 m2) is equipped with a large three-headed rain shower and your own jacuzzi bath. We offer a choice 180x200 king size bed or two 90x200 twins.
