3-Bedroom, dog friendly cottage in Snowdonia

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A wonderful stay. From reading the reviews we were prepared for it to be a little dated but it just added to the charm. Gorgeous location on the estuary and lovely gardens to adventure around in. Angela was a very welcoming host, and greeted us with lovely homemade cakes and a useful tour. A rare find

Idyllic Woodland Cottage with Hot Tub

SianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you're looking for peace, quiet, privacy and calm then this is the cottage for you. Patchy WiFi adds to the vibe of 'stop and relax' when you arrive here. It really doesn't matter once you realise that for the next few days, time moves more slowly. Imagine...a welcome basket, a cosy, pristine clean, fresh-smelling cottage , blankets, cushions, throws, log baskets, hot tub waiting, the sound of a stream, the birds and the odd sheep bleating. The cottage is set within woodland but with freshly mowed pathways to wander around. Ideal for four people but on this stay there was just my husband and me along with our spaniel. Plenty of walks with incredible estuary views, plenty of nearby towns to visit and a sandy beach (dog friendly sections) just a few minutes away in Barmouth. We absolutely loved it and felt we had a little bit of heaven for a few days.

We have just returned from a wonderful 6-days in Wales. Robat and Megan's property is beautiful. Everything you need and more. The house was very well facilitated. Located in a stunning setting. Robat and Megan were always available for any needs or queries we had - i can't recommend this property enough.

We loved our stay at Neil’s. Everything was exactly as described and we loved beigg nt away with our toddler and dog as well with plenty of space for all of us. Neil was responsive to all queries and checked in with us part way through the stay to make sure we had all we needed. It was the perfect base for a much needed break and we will definitely be back. Thank you Neil!

Cae Tudur, gorgeous rural retreat near Barmouth

This is a magical place, definitely one of the best AirBnBs we have visited so far. We loved the big garden and the surrounding fields (and sheep). The cottage is cosy, well equipped and very clean. We would love to come back again.

We want to say that we had a lovely bank holiday break. My husband loved the surroundings, and our son loved using the telescope to look out at night. My daughter and I loved the indoor balcony area where I read my book and my daughter sat sketching. The cottage is set in a beautiful location, the sheep were our neighbours. It was quiet and peaceful, and we hope it took a bit of the GCSE stress away from our son and us. He'll return back to school feeling refreshed and ready to finish the last leg of GCSEs. Thank you so much for our stay!

Chestnut House with Hot tub & Sauna

AlexRating, 5 stars1 month ago
we loved the cabin, sauna and hot tub. it was well positioned to ensure we were not over looked by other cabins. facilities were good and we loved the log burners that fuelled the sauna and hot tub. the owners provided loads of information and videos on how to use the facilities and how to find the cabin- all very helpful. we had a great weekend away and would definitely book here again. they provide one camping stove to cook on, we took ours so we had 2 stoves to cook on, this made cooking meals easier so recommend people to bring an extra stove.

Arosfa Lodge

A stunning week break in Lou's beautiful cabin - I could not fault it one bit. The cabin itself is homely, cozy, well equipped and in an amazing location that is local to some fantastic walks, the beach and some shops, towns and attractions. Surrounded by lush greenery and fantastic views across to Barmouth (when the weather plays ball), it was fab to be greeted by sheep and lambs every morning. The kitchen area is well equipped with a hob, airfryer, microwave and fridge freezer, and the bathroom also well stocked! I slept like a baby the whole week, with the fireplace on and an incense stick burning. Lou is a fab host and gave helpful recommendations, and was always responsive! Thanks for a lovely break, I'd recommend this place to EVERYONE!
