We had a great time here! Everything was as described, very clean and Gail was very responsive. The space was warm and cozy, perfect after a soggy walk around the Brecon Beacons!!

Lovely cottage in the Welsh countryside! Soooo cosy, clean and everything you need to feel at home. Perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful Welsh landscape! Communication with Emma and her husband has always been easy and helpful!

We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb places over the years and Oak Farm is up there with the best. We had a fantastic week with Alicia & Chris being excellent and friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay extremely comfortable and they were very generous with their time and the extras they provided. The location is superb with outstanding views across the hills, we spent many happy hours sitting in the Sun loungers reading. It’s also a great location for exploring the wonderful hills around Abergavenny . Our dog loved it too with a secure area of woodland for him to play and explore we would love to return one day and will be recommending this place to our friends and family . What an amazing find. An idyllic cottage with outstanding views. Janet & Mike were very hospitable and friendly and I would highly recommend booking this cottage. We were welcomed by Mike who set up the log burner for us, so lovely to have a real fire on a chilly evening. We saw lots of baby rabbits, bats, sheep, chicken and Guinea Fowl, it felt just like Snow White’s cottage. A perfect relaxing, peaceful break away with breathtaking views across the Welsh countryside.

Clare's cottage was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. The location is just fantastic for exploring the wonderful valley with all it's natural wonder, and coming home to a warm fire was great.

Fantastic peaceful no traffic lots of walks dogs loved it clean tidy bed nice .walk to pub was very good food did not want to come home very helpful and good walks.views to die for will be back soon

Graham and Pip’s place is a real gem, the accommodation is gorgeous. In beautiful surroundings, with wonderful wildlife to enjoy, fabulous walks on your doorstep, a place of calm and serenity. So many places to visit are within easy driving reach, whatever your preferred activity there are mountains, canals and rivers to enjoy and there’s no shortage of options for good food. Graham is a lovely host, helpful and welcoming, he makes you feel at home right away. We would love to stay here again.

A truly magical place, a real gem. Plenty of things to go and see in the surrounding areas. Being able to go and have cider straight from the farm was such a treat. The hosts were more than hospitable and really made us feel at home. Extremely friendly people and animals, would definitely go again, highly recommend.

Amazing place, beutifull surroundings. Pod is comfortable, unique experience for us ,we loved it. Although we had constant rain and wind we managed to make camp fire which was lovely(bring your own logs). We would love to come back in better weather to fully enjoy the place. Thank you Sian!

We had a lovely few days away in Hannah and Ian's barn. A lovely location with a stunning drive in over the mountains. Our daughter, son in law and two little grandsons came also, so it was a great spacious place for us to enjoy. There was plenty of space for us all and the boys loved their animal themed bedroom. The rooms were lovely and decorated and the beds were really comfortable. Super equipped kitchen for us all. We loved the outside space with the table tennis table. A lovely relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Far From. Great location, can walk to Pen-y-Fan etc from the front door, as well as being close to pubs and the town. Loved watching the animals too. Thank you Felicity :)

Beautiful location, lovely spacious cottage and great walking. So nice to see chickens and geese and horses. Very comfortable for our family of six and very well stocked kitchen, complete with fresh eggs. Definitely recommend, I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated cottage which was spotlessly clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very spacious cottage with all equipment we needed for cooking. Matthew was very responsive when we wanted to light the fire one evening. We absolutely loved the location, with walking, cycling and activities close by (canyoning and zip wires) The New Inn is metres away and was very welcoming with super tasty food We’ll be back! Very hospitable host. We felt right at home. Before we even got there she asked the type of milk we have, left us lots of treats (home made Welsh cakes and brownies) fresh fruits, cereals, croissants and bottle of red. To top it off when I told her we’re taking a break to start my husband’s 50th birthday celebrations, she’d even left him a present! One of her beautiful paintings. Accommodation itself was homely, comfortable and everything you could think of was there for our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Liz was in constant communication with us ensuring we were ok. Local information Liz gave us was great, we planned our itinerary based on it. We will definitely return one day, hopefully Liz will have us. It’s the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at! Thank you for a wonderful break.

Incredible place! We had a lovely couple of nights here. The house is full of character and has everything you need and the enclosed garden was great for our young daughter and dogs. Very peaceful location so sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was very relaxing. The added bonus of access to the river at the bottom of the garden was great! Will checked us in and gave us some suggestions of local walks and things to do which was ideal. Would highly recommend!!

A lovely little converted farm building with period features retained, but with modern facilities. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well - everything we needed for a short stay was to hand. Our host was nearby and greeted us on arrival and showed us around. From here we had easy trips out to Brecon, Three Cocks (fabulous garden centre) and Crickhowell and walks along the Brecon/Radnor canal.

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to the castle and city, but a haven of peace. Fiona gives great instructions and is a wonderful host. The cottage is well equipped and a great place to relax after a busy day. Would love to return.

Fantastic hosts , really helpful and responsive . Lots of information about the local area and things to do. House was very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed , beds and beddings was really cosy and we slept so well , we didn’t actually want to leave and stayed longer than originally booked. The views and local walks were beautiful too . The local pub was nice although we only had a drink there. Kitchen facilities were so good we cooked most the time. Highly recommend

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay in daisy lodge. Such a lovely place to stay feeling right at home. Not far from Abergavenny town which has a lovely high street. The lodge was as seen in the photos and even though we knew Claire and Justin were there when we needed, it was perfect and didn’t need any help. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Fishers Retreat is idyllic, sweet against a mountain backdrop with a lake and nearby waterfall it has all the nature you could wish for. The barn itself is beautiful, clean and had lots of thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers. The bed was very xomfortable, the water very hot, the baths deep and the log burner very efficient. We travelled to and from the Hay Festival in about 30 mins. Katy and David are charming, book the fan place, you won't regret it.

We had a brief but awesome stay. We loved the fireplace and fresh eggs and wish we could have stayed longer to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

Had a cracking stay at Elizabeth's place, hosts were so helpful and accommodating throughout. Games room is 10/10.
