Beachfront holiday rental in Cagnes-sur-Mer

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christelle's beach side apartment. The view was spectacular! It is very convenient to the metro and walking distance to the CAP3000 Mall. It is in a great location to just get away from the crowds, stroll the boardwalk, and relax with a bottle of wine on the veranda. I highly recommend her place and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à la mer , logement très propre , idéalement situé à deux pas des commerces . Une piste cyclable ce trouve au bas du logement pour rejoindre Nice ou Antibes. Le logement en lui même est très bien agencé et pratique avec une place de parking privée. La literie est confortable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci à Mylène et Gilbert.

Our stay at Mattieu's apartment in Antibes was comfortable and cozy. The location right in the middle of Old Antibes is ideal for walking thru the charming city, shopping, dining and visiting the public beach. The amenities in the flat are top-notch and his design is modern and fresh. We appreciated the beach supplies (towels, umbrella etc), the cute table overlooking the street and the modern appliances. Mattieu was a gracious host greeting us upon arrival for a full walk-thru of the flat and answered all of our questions while there. I would highly recommend staying at Mattieu's apartment in Antibes.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

After staying for a week, I can confidently say this is an excellent choice for a trip to the South of France! The apartment felt very safe and is perfectly located right by the sea – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, peaceful beach** that wasn’t crowded at all. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet surrounded by **plenty of delicious restaurants Getting to nearby cities was easy with Uber. The host was fantastic! They kept the place absolutely spotless and made our stay very comfortable. They also gave us incredibly helpful recommendations for amazing restaurants– every single one was a hit, no disappointments! Such a kind and thoughtful host – I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 2 Wochen hier und es war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt, sowie ein Tipp zum Einkaufen bei Intermarché, der gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ist, mitgegeben. Nachts ist es auf der Hauptstraße etwas laut aber damit ist im Frühjahr an der Côte d' Azur zu rechnen. Eine Bahnstation ist nicht weit entfernt und innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten kann man sowohl nach Cannes als auch nach Monaco fahren. Villeneuve-Loubet ist super gelegen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Tout était conforme à la description. Arrivée et départ facile. Emplacement du logement très apprécié près de la plage et des commerces.

Malgré un malentendu initial entre l’annonce et la réalité sur le nombre de couchages, l’hôte a réagi de manière rapide, sincère et efficace. Elle a immédiatement proposé une solution juste et a mis à jour l’annonce pour éviter toute confusion future, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. L’appartement est par ailleurs très bien équipé : machine à laver et sèche-linge, ustensiles de cuisine et condiments, vue magnifique sur la mer, ainsi qu’un canapé confortable. Je recommande vivement ce logement, notamment pour un couple ou deux personnes en séjour détente.

This place is just across the street from the Mediterranean sea. Stunning view! Great location on the main beach strand. Lots of good food close by. Check-in was smooth and easy. Eugenie communicated well. Highly recommended!

Lucia is a very good communicator and very helpful. The apartment is lovely and just like the photos. Only slight hiccup was finding the car park when we arrived but Lucia came out and found us😀. Gorgeous few days, thanks Lucia

Je souhaitais remercier Jérémy pour l hébergement. Son appartement est accessible plage et sa terrasse offre une vue splendide sur la marina de Villeneuve Loubet et la Méditerranée. L appartement était propre et fonctionnel, parfait pour un pied à terre dans un quartier calme.
