Holiday houses in Cagnes-sur-Mer

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist im Grunde alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch die vorhandenen Reinigungsgeräte und -mittel waren sehr praktisch. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten manchen stören: Im Flur war leider ein recht starker Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar, der teilweise in die Wohnung zog. Die Lage an einer gut befahrenen Straße bringt etwas Lärm mit sich, was man vor allem nachts merkt. Außerdem ist das Sofabett für längere Aufenthalte nicht ganz so bequem. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und danken der Gastgeberin herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Un très bel appartement fonctionnel et propre dans une belle résidence privée et calme, à une minute à pied de la plage.. Nexflix sur la tv, climatisation dans chaque pièce à moduler selon les préférences. Roberto reste actif et dispo par message pour toutes suggestion ou aide! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Een fantastische locatie. Om verschillende activiteiten te ondernemen. Heel vele zijn op korte afstand. Leuke echte Franse dorpjes met authentieke kenmerken. Vriendelijk Fransen die ook Engels spreken en bereid zijn dit te doen. Het appartement is meer dan compleet. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zo is er een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en ligt er een setje handdoeken/ badlaken op je te wachten. Een eigen parkeer plek op het terrein binnen de poort en een eigen opgang naar het appartement toe. Het appartement ligt heel privé ten opzichte van de bewoners. En het gebruik van het zwembad is fantastisch. Wij waren er juni 2025, het was 30 graden en dus heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het (verwarmde) zwembad. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en de bloemen geuren heerlijk. Mooi uitzicht, welke geheel vrij is. De ontvangt is hartelijk, veel uitleg en een glas rosé kan direct ingeschonken worden. Een koude fles wacht bij aankomst op je. Vriendelijk en behulpzame familie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

The apartment was clean, centrally located, and the check-in process was simple. The apartment is across the street from the beach, has blackout blinds, A/C, double-paned windows so it was very quiet and cool inside. The bed/pillows were very comfortable, awesome shower, and strong/reliable wi-fi. There are restaurants with private beaches/deck chair rentals a short distance away...well worth it for a day of relaxation! It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station so it was easy to visit places along the coast. And there’s a supermarket (SPAR) about a 10-12 minute walk away. As advertised, the check-in time is 6 pm but we were able to check-in a bit earlier which was very much appreciated! If the later check-in is a concern, there is a restaurant at the building to grab a drink or meal. It took us some time to locate the garbage bins but use the code provided (main floor stairwell), walk down one level, and go left down the hall. Thank you Marion for an amazing stay!!!

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

The apartment was small but cozy and clean. The neighbors were really friendly and the location was amazing. Geraldiné was really helpful and nice host.

Beatrice's place is an authentically french tuck away in the midst of all that is the French Riveira. Cagnes Sur Mer is a village full of nooks and crannies filled with flowers and artisans. The restaurants overlook the stunning hills of the region. Beatrice is helpful regarding any needs and is a delightful person with history in the area. Staying in Cagnes Sur Mer gave us quick a cess to cycling in the region - hills, culs and the flats. It was all breathtaking!
