Water tank and generator. Early check-in (3pm) available subject to bookings. A unique property of 3/4 acre where you can enjoy nature in the city. Just 5 minutes from the airport, beaches, restaurants and night life. Short commute to Old San Juan and even El Yunque Rainforest. Main house consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, capacity for 16 guests. Guest house has 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and a bath. Heated pool, cinema, gazebo, pool table and basketball. It also has a ramp to pull boats , TV in all the rooms , internet and bluetooth horns. There is a yacht at the dock that can accommodate 2 more guests for an extra cost.
