The outdoor pool and deck area is for exclusive guest use in a private tropical garden. On street parking available. The owners live on site upstairs and have a separate entrance.

Avant Garde Retro 70's built complex of 12 apartments just a short walk to the city centre and the esplanade over the road from Munro Martin parklands and Cairns Preforming Arts Centre CPAC . Our unit is ground level at the back. We have just renovated so fresh eclectic and comfortable. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles. Fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful light and airy bathroom. Out the front is a small pool great to cool off in.

It is a great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable clean comfortable space to stay while you explore Cairns & the Tropical far north. It is an older property that was built in the 1970’s but has been upgraded internally. It is a lowset block of just four units in total, all managed by us.
