NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS. (Lots of water) 2 AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms with queen size beds. A complete, fully equiped house. THE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA ARE NOT AIR CONDITIONED, however ceiling fan, louvered walls and bifold door offer good through ventilation.
