“Cala Blanca” is a cozy 45 m2 apartment that is part of the Cales de Menorca tourist complex, located in Cala Blanca, in the southern part of Ciutadella. Cales de Menorca is composed of a total of 10 accommodations of different capacities, located around a central communal pool. All our accommodations combine comfort and style and are characterized by being functional, bright and well heated spaces. Our guests highlight the tranquility that is breathed in the surroundings, ideal for a few days of relaxation or even for remote work. Cales de Menorca 1, has: • One master bedroom with queen size bed and built-in wardrobe. • Kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, among others. • Living room-dining room with TV, coffee table and sofa bed. • Bathroom with walk-in shower for better mobility, washbasin and toilet. • Private terrace with a 15 m2 porch overlooking the pool, furnished with a table and chairs and a couple of hammocks for sunbathing. We provide bed linens and towels for private use, and we give our guests complimentary first-use kitchen and bathroom supplies, plus 1 roll of toilet paper. We have baby cots and/or high chairs, upon request.

Duplex apartment with stairs. Two bedrooms in total. In the main bedroom, there is a double bed, and in the other, a queen-size bed, which can be converted into a 160 x 200 bed. There is a bathroom and stairs leading to the living room and kitchen. There are two terraces facing a pine forest. Fully furnished and equipped, with air conditioning and heating, a large pool with a jacuzzi, hammocks and umbrellas. Shared pool The apartment is located in a prime location 5 km from Ciudadela.

Ubud Apartment is ideal for couples, located on a very central avenue of Cala Blanca and less than 100 meters from the beach. Cala Blanca is a development with an urban beach (100 meters walk) and all the services, you can go to dinner in restaurants, have a cocktail overlooking the sea, or visit the caves of sa cala blanca (1 minute walk). It is also a 7-8 minute drive from Ciutadella. Out of respect for the neighbors, no parties or events are allowed.
