Great, clean, all kinds of kitchen utensils in case you want to cook at home, 100% clean, location near beaches and magnificent!! And Natalia? A lovely woman! I would definitely repeat!!

Another excellent stay at Maria's apartment! Everything needed for a long stay including beach items- beach is only 200m or 10 minutes walk away- lots of cafes, restaurants close by, and supermarkets. The apartment was great and the beds were excellent. The elevator connection between the garage and the residential floor was great, and at the same time you could get to the swimming pool without any obstacles. The only downside was the construction in the area and its sounds, but even that was not too disturbing and decreases all the time. I recommend!

the apartment is great. It is very well equipped and very clean. The location is unbeatable. Guillermo was very nice, he sent us the location, photos and Ivan, the guy who attended to us when we arrived, was very nice and explained everything very well. If I return to Benidorm, I hope to be able to book it again

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Alicante. The place was fabulous — spacious, clean, and really well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The pool was a real bonus — lovely, clean, and a great way to relax after a day out. Communication with both Rasmus and Natalia was excellent from start to finish — they were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Overall, a really lovely place to stay and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Small but perfectly formed apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. Right on the front above the promenade makes it easily accessible to many restaurants in the port area. There is free parking close by which makes having a car easy. John was available before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this apartment for couples looking for a space in the centre of Javea port. Great week.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

An absolute pleasure, both the place and the host, always super attentive to us. Seeing the sea while cooking or sleeping while listening to the sea is the dream we have every vacation and here we achieve it. Also, being able to bring our dog is a super plus. we stayed in Teresa's apartment for a week,are delighted it was everything in the apartment of toothbrush, toothpaste,hairdryer toilet paper ,iron a great coffee maker,we felt comfortable. even with the return flight Teresa helped us. Marie who gave us the keys was a nice lady. we say thank you so much we will definitely be back.👍👍❤️

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

Amazing views of all Benidorm. , massive balcony. , very clean and comfortable. , need to be quite fit or get a taxi back up big hill , only 5 euros from bottom so no big problem but if the hill wasn’t there you wouldn’t have that Amazing view. , I would certainly recommend this apartment

I recently stayed at a beachfront apartment in Benidorm, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a big plus, and the air conditioning kept us cool even during the hotter days. The beach is literally just steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or want to enjoy the lively Benidorm nightlife, this place offers the best of both worlds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Spend Holy Week with my partner. The area is very quiet and the apartment is absolutely fantastic, it has everything you need to spend your stay with all the comforts. The host is fabulous, good service and welcome top 👌👌

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Nice and neat environment

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had a great time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

Me and my friends have just got back home after staying at antonio’s apartment. it was the most gorgeous, nicest and cleanest place we have ever stayed and we have stayed in a lot of air b n b’s. We felt very safe and it was in a perfect spot for us.Antonio was very communicative and we felt like we could message him with any questions we had, he was very friendly and check in with him was so easy.We really enjoyed our holiday and can’t thank you enough for letting us stay especially for the price.Thank you!☺️

Great place to stay! Check-in was super easy and everything went smoothly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. We stayed with our kids and really liked it. There’s a nice parking spot where you can keep your car out of the sun. I think this place is perfect for big families. I definitely recommend it!
