Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

Perfect location. 2 minutes walk to Cala Deia. 2 nice restaurant on the beach. Very narrow road to the house, but we managed a BMW 5-series, but we would recommend a smaller car if possible. A bigger car has no chances to fit in the last narrow road to the house. Inez responds quickly. Beautiful house, beautiful location and we would not hesitate to stay at the house once again. 😃😃

This house was incredible. The views made it all worth it. Getting there is a little tricky and the road is very narrow. It is easy to walk to everything nearby. Overall, we loved our stay!! Highly recommend the house and staying in Deia!

We enjoyed the most wonderful week at Jorge Carlos and Katina's house. It's located on the beautiful Cala Deia and only a few minute walk on a private path to the water and 2 restaurants. We enjoyed early morning swims and afternoon Spritz's. Both restaurants serve perfect fresh seafood and produce - you can't go wrong. The hiking trails from this location are also great - well signed posted and a proper work out. We would walk to the supermarket in the town of Deia most mornings (about 20-25 minutes of good exercise) to buy fresh pastries and orange juice. The house itself is very private given how busy the cala is at this time of the year. Katina takes great pride in her home - it's super clean and comfortable. Always a relief to come back to after a busy day exploring. The balcony is a fabulous place to sit and enjoy the views. Katina is super responsive and happy to help in any way she can. Overall a fantastic experience! Thank you Katina and family.

Stunning location for a private getaway. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The driveway is steep (so definitely ensure you have a 4-wheel drive car) but once settled in, you won’t want to leave. Views of Soller, the port, and all the mountains around. Great spot with lots of charm. Super responsive hosts

We spent 5 wonderful days at this villa – 4 adults and 3 kids – and it honestly felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and smelled so fresh and inviting. The house had absolutely everything we needed – and so many extra touches that made us feel truly cared for. The kids loved every bit of it, and so did we. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of heart into this place – every detail was thoughtful and well-planned. We felt relaxed, inspired, and completely at home. We’ve stayed at many places before, but this one truly stands out. We were genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for creating such a perfect place to make memories!
