Lovely homely place in a perfect location. Belén was extremely responsive to anything we needed and had someone meet us to check in as well as allowing us to check in early. 5 minutes walk to the harbour with so many bars and restaurants and 8 minutes walk to a gorgeous beach. It really had everything we needed. We were a family of 5 with a baby. Would recommend.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Joan, qui a fait tout son possible pour que le logement soit prêt en avance par rapport à notre arrivée sans aucune demande préalable ! Le logement est très propre et bien situé. Nous avons passée un très bon séjour. Merci pour votre disponibilité et réactivité.

Accueil très sympathique de Modestino et sa collègue ! Ils ont été très attentionnés et nous ont donné pleins de conseils sur Minorque (activité, plage, restaurant) Le logement est très agréable, joliment décoré, confortable et très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et très agréable ! La plage et le chemin de cavals sont juste en bas de la résidence. Le lieu est un ensemble de résidence de tourisme qui n’était pas très animé à cette saison mais Ciutadella n’est pas loin (10km). Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour, appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier calme. L’appartement est propre, simple et pratiques, tout ce qu’il nous faut pour passer un bon moment. La piscine est un réelle plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds, la ville est à quelques minutes en voiture et le reste de l’île est également accessible en voiture pour moins de une heure. Miquel est un très bon hôte, il est réactif et ses instructions sont claires et précises. Je garde cet endroit en tête pour refaire un séjour à Minorque. Je recommande fortement.

We had a great weeks stay at Martí’s place. The apartment itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we could need as a home from home with a toddler (including a large travel cot, child friendly crockery & cutlery and even a potty!). The location was ideal with it being a 10 min walk to 2 beaches and a selection of bars and restaurants. The pool area within the complex was lovely too with a guy coming every day to clean the patio area and the sun beds. We’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends and would stay here again! Thanks Martí ☺️

Very nice accommodation, close to the beach, the faro and local supermarket. Basic accommodation, but very clean and perfect if you are going to Menorca to explore the surroundings. Ana gave very clear instructions and was quick to reply.

We had a great stay at Maite’s place, in an apartment complex close to the marina. There was a pool in the complex which helped cool off on some of those warm evenings after spendind a day at the beach :) The place had everything we needed, a simple kitchen, enough for our needs. Lots of restaurants close by, the beach was a 10min walk away, but you’ll most likely rent a car or bike to visit many of Menorca’s beaches. The apartment was very clean, comfy, as descibed in the listing, and very peaceful - we slept really well. The airconditioning worked well, helped us cool the place if we closed it up :) There are free parking spaces all around, and parking lots near by so we never needed to park very far. Anyway - I would recommend this apartment, we really enjoyed our time there :)
