100% recommended. The apartment is just like the photos; nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. With a place to park and with a quick exit to the road to go to Ciutadella. Great balcony for breakfast and some dinners. Very clean pool. And to highlight the multitude of details that they had thought of for the greatest comfort and to make you feel at home: towels and beach coolers, many hangers and drawers for clothes, hair dryer and iron!!, and in the kitchen many utensils in perfect condition, oil, soap, coffee, rags... Ideal

The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. It is in a very quiet development with very well-preserved common areas and the pool was never very crowded. The apartment has everything you need for a family vacation, we didn't miss anything. You can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. There are also good restaurants in the area. In short, we had a wonderful week and we will definitely repeat.

The apartment is very well located, close to the city center. We parked without any problems during our stay. We felt right at home, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just as a small detail (and perhaps we are a little demanding), we missed some detail for breakfast, but in general everything was perfect. Recommended without a doubt!

We had a lovely week The house was perfect for us, as described. We don't miss anything. The set of houses is charming, with a very large pool and not very busy in this season, so ideal. The sea is very close with a beautiful white sandy cove. The two nearby restaurants are very good, with a special mention for "l'opéra" and its Italian/Spanish waiter. The seafood risotto is delicious😊.

This place met our expectations. Well located near Ciutadella. Clean, large enough for a couple. Well-equipped. José perfectly organizes the arrival at his home by sending a video of the location of the apartment and how we pick up the key in the key box. He has always been responsive in giving us explanations. We had a great time in Menorca.

We had a lovely stay at Carolina's place. Everything was as described. Well-equipped apartment. Beautiful location 5 min walk to the beach, with a convenience store just below the apartment. Lots of free parking in the street just in front and around. Only downside, busy street a little noisy in the evening. Highly responsive and friendly host. Thanks again to Carolina who took great care of us to ensure we had a great stay!

We had a great time at Miguel's apartment. The apartment is in a very good location and easy to park for free. It is clean and well-equipped. The pool is lovely. The host is very responsive, we saw them every day. Listening if you need advice for visiting the island. I would 100% recommend!!!!

My husband and l have just returned from this beautiful apartment, we miss it already! The view is amazing, the apartment is quiet, cool and comfortable and has everything you would need. We rented a car, and it was a great base to explore the island, but also within walking distance of great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Just perfect! We hope to return!

The apartment is great, very functional and with everything we needed. The views are a pass, and the sunset from the balcony is beautiful. Parking was easy, no mess. The pool is very good, and you also have a cove just 2 minutes away, accessible directly from the complex. Everything is very quiet, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the environment.

This apartment is in a prime location with restaurants and a small supermarket all within easy walking distance. It’s comfortable and has lovely shared grounds that are kept pristine and a lovely pool with dappled shade. Julie Anne was always responsive to any questions and was brilliant when I got my dates wrong!! Thank you for my lovely stay.

We had a great time at this residence! Very functional and very well decorated apartment! The very large common pool is a significant plus! Near Ciutadella it served as an excellent base for us to discover the magnificent coves of the south coast of Menorca. We highly recommend it!

We stayed a week and everything was fantastic: the apartment, its location to visit nearby and more distant coves. The pool was very useful as well as large and well maintained. They prepared everything for our baby to have a crib and high chair. We will repeat if we are lucky enough to return to Menorca. Very happy with EVERYTHING.

Loved this place in Menorca! Walking distance to the nearest beach with a lot of great resturant options nereby. The host answered all my million questions which I truly appreciate. Only thing was that I wish there was more toiletries and towels available as we ran out of them quick, but other than that it was great stay!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

We had a great time there. The beautiful beach, pool, restaurants, and a super market are all within walking distance. The beach is so nice, peaceful, and family friendly. Our kids loved to play there. There is a hiking trail next to the apartment which I took for morning jogging. Luis was very nice and responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 5 with kids. We love to go back there!

We really enjoyed the apartment, we found everything we needed and the environment is excellent for resting. The host has taken care of us perfectly :)

We had a lovely stay at Elena's place with our 5 month old baby. Elena provided a travel cot and helpful recommendations. The pool area is very nice and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a BBQ and sun loungers which we really liked. There are also nice restaurants by Cala Blanca beach (Paralia and Marea) and also Cala Santandria (Bahia and Sa Nacra). I'd highly recommend Elena as a host and her apartment- thank you Elena!
