Nice villa with a private pool, newly renovated. Rustic style with a modern touch, very bright with all kinds of amenities. Ideal for families with children. The garden consists of 380 m2 including a large 40 m2 swimming pool also suitable for children. In the house there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with private bathroom (one of which is with a private suite-type entrance) and one with bunk beds. It also has a sofa bed in a more secluded area of the living room. The garden has a parking space.

The apartment was in a beautiful setting, looked exactly if not better than the pictures. Hosts were always very responsive! The apartment was also fully equipped with everything you could need which made it so easy to cook at home etc. Would love to return back!

John’s place is amazing. Fantastic views, very clean and well maintained. John himself was really responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The pool is a 2 minutes walk away and a great asset to have for the block. It was never very busy either. The bedrooms have their own a/c which is lovely. None in the living area though but John’s suggestion to open the main door and downstairs bedroom French doors allowed a breeze though which cooled the space a bit. All in all, highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful week at Casa Binilau in Menorca. The apartment is charming and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need and the location is great. Beach, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance; free parking directly in front of the house. Laura gave us many tips for activities in this area before the start of the trip and always responded very quickly to our messages. Everything was very straightforward and flexible. We would go back anytime. Sincerely, dear Laura!
