It has a barbecue. At the back of the house, you can relax with a snack or lie down on the comfortable loungers. Inside there are 2 bedrooms with large closets, in the dining room sofa, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a Melita coffee maker, and a microwave.

Spacious and cozy two-story townhouse with private underground garage. Very well located, two minutes walk to the first beach and the Passeig d'Empúries and five minutes to the old town of L'Escala. You'll love being in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to everything. Beaches, hiking trails, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The house is very well equipped, with all the comforts.
