Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Calabarzon

We had a very nice stay at the place, Ms. Ana is a very accommodating host she can assist and guide you during your entire stay, everything is clean and you can also cook and use all the utensils.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

sir Vinz was very accommodation to our requests. he assisted my relative throughout our stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. he also made sure that a senior citizen was well taken cared of. truly ,very hospitable. salamat po!

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

We rented Edwin’s house for over 4 months. His place is a 3 bedroom house situated in a fine, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with 24/7 security. The location is about 10 minutes drive to establishments, schools and hospital. Edwin is a great host, he responds to my messages pretty quick, consistently. Whenever there is a situation, he always had solutions and dealt with it immediately. His caretaker, Melbi, is also pro-active. She maintains the house so well even without supervision. We could only say good words describing Edwin as a host plus our experience during our stay in his place. Our family recommends his house if you are looking for a temporary place to stay in Nuvali. we liked the unit of sir william. spacious and not too much furniture, just enough suitable for my 2yo toddler, she just ran around the dining and living room area without bumping/hurting herself. the dining table is big enough. the unit is clean and tidy. sir william is responsive to my questions and requests. He even gave recommendations when and how to park our vehicle. we enjoyed our stay. thank you again sir william. highly recommended.

One of the best places I've ever stay in, extremely clean,good location very close to the market and Ms Cent was very helpful and very accommodating. I would love to stay here again when coming to the Philippines and I highly recomend the place for anyone who wants to visit Manila.

Place is cozy and clean as described in the listing. Room amenities are complete; They even prepared dishwashing materials and bath essentials. We had minor issues with the bidet. But because the host are consistently responsive, it was quickly addressed. The hosts were accommodating and fully responsive althroughout: from the inquiry, to the booking, and our whole stay. Overall a great and restful experience for us! Recommended! ❤️

Jane responds very quickly to inquiries and questions. The unit is very clean and is just beside Uptown mall and Uptown Parade. You also get a great view of the city from the bedroom. Will not think twice about staying again next time.

Had a great stay at connie's place. It's near shops and terminals. Has a spacious room with complete kitchen utensils. We didn't request for a stove but it has a heater and microwave oven. All in all it was awesome!

Had our stay here for 5 days on may i would say this was not bad, it has all the essentials you need for a quick trip, place was tidy and neat as well and Ms Josephine was friendly and accommodating. Will book here again for future trips!

It was a pleasant stay at Heidy's. Heidy was very accomodating and ensures that we are comfortable in her unit. Though there was a little hiccup about the air conditioning unit, Heidy was very responsive the resolved it within 24 hours. Would definitley recommend her place 😊.
